We biopsied 1-2 single blastomere from 6-8 cell cleavage stage intracytoplasmic sperm injection embryo, and using nested PCR amplified the high frequently mutation region G380R of FGFR3 gene of the single blastomere. The products of PCR were digested by restriction enzyme Bfm Ⅰ, then the digested products were detected by 10% PAGE to see whether the embryo inherted the mutation of the patient and to screen out normal embryo transfer.

Result:Characteristics of the tangentical longitudinal section of stem with resin and surface view of leaves were elucidated.Besides xylem vessels and fibers of the stem,it was found that the red resin also exists in the cortex parenchyma cells of the stem and the medulla and xylem of the root.According to the HPLC fingerprint analysis result of the stems with and without resin,a number of flavones and stilbenoids were detected in the stem in which resin appeared after it wounded.

结果：阐明了含树脂茎的纵切结构以及叶的表面观特征；除了茎木质部导管和纤维中有树脂外，发现剑叶龙血树受到损伤之后在茎皮层薄壁细胞、根的髓部和木质部亦有树脂的分布；含树脂茎和无树脂茎的指纹图谱显示剑叶龙血树茎在形成树脂后的化学成分中出现了较多的黄酮类、茋类成分。

The eyepiece micrometer is a simple tool for measuring length of hair follicle in vitro.

在离体培养人头皮毛囊时，Williams E无血清培养基是合适的选择，该模型也是筛选促进或抑制毛发生长药物的良好模型；离体培养毛囊组织学检测用冰冻切片可以简化步骤；透射电镜可以用来观察离体培养的毛囊的形态和超微结构的变化，也可以用来协助观察细胞凋亡的状况。

Results: Bax immunoreactivity was detected in 44 out of 72 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 8 out of 25 cases of normal control, in which bile ducts among lobules in normal parts aside of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues were observed.
