方法用免疫酶标技术检测25例增生期血管瘤、14例消退期血管瘤、12例应用激素治疗后血管瘤、9例血管畸形及12例对照组患儿外周血清中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的浓度。结果25例增生期血管瘤患儿外周血清中bFGF浓度明显高于应用激素治疗后血管瘤、消退期血管瘤、血管畸形及对照组；消退期血管瘤和应用激素治疗后血管瘤患儿血清中bFGF浓度略高于血管畸形及对照组，但差异无显著性。

Results Leucocytopenia and lymphocytopenia were seen in all the patients. Two patients had slightly decreased peripheral blood T lymphocyte count. Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate transaminase levels increased slightly in 3 patients. No hypoxemia was seen in all the patients.
