The pupae were exposed to 9 krad 60Co-γ rays for two days before emergence.The adults were dissected and many mature sperms could be seen in the male flies.There were no significant difference in the form,number and vigor of sperm between irradiatid and unirradiated male flies,but there were some abnormal ultrastructurail changes in the sperm of irradiated male flies such as the appearence of vacuoles in nutrient cells,disarrangement of sperms,variation of the number of chondriosome derivates,axonemes ction of formation and abnormal cell division of sperm cells.

用9krad辐照羽化前2天的蛹，成虫羽化后解剖观察，雄虫已有大量成熟精子，精子形态、数量和活力与未经辐照处理的雄虫无显著差异，但其超微结构则发生了某些异常变化，如营养细胞出现空泡、精子排列零乱、线粒体衍生体和轴丝增多或减少、构型被破坏、精子细胞分裂异常等。

Results By using optical microscope,the neurocytes of hippocampus in experimental group were observed to denaturalize,tumefy,destroy and disappear.And under electron microscope,the karyon was irregular,nucleoles deviated,chondriosome tumefied,crista collapsed,membrane was damaged,substance cavitated.Such changes were more evident with the increased paroxysm of epilepsy,the parameters between control group and operation group had no difference（P＞0.01）.But make a monofactorial variance analysis among cells' number,area,circumference and integral optical density in different groups,it showed that there were significant differences between optional two groups（P.01;at the same time,the more serious injury in hippocampus,the more powerful GFAP immunoreaction was.

结果： 实验组海马区光镜下可见神经细胞变性、肿胀、坏死及神经细胞脱失改变，电镜可见细胞核形态不规则、有切迹、核仁偏位、线粒体肿大、嵴断裂、膜破损和基质空化等改变，随癫痫发作次数增加上述改变越明显，对照组与手术对照组比较，各参数差异无显著性（P＞0.05），将不同组别大鼠细胞数、面积、周长、积分光密度分别作单因素方差分析，不同组别间均差异有显著性（P.01），同时观察到海马区GFAP免疫反应阳性的胶质细胞随海马损伤的加重而GFAP免疫反应增强。

结果 TUNEL法发现，猝死者梗死区的心肌细胞凋亡千分数老年组(663.00‰±117.12‰)明显高于正常对照(34.30‰±20.68‰)(P＜0.001)；心肌细胞凋亡千分数在冠脉1支病变者(514.28‰±165.12‰)＜2支病变者(564.38‰±102.12‰)＜3支病变者(668.25‰±127.19‰)，虽然均明显高于正常对照(均P＜0.01)，但三组之间比较则无统计学上的差别(均P＞0.05)；冠脉2～3支病变者梗死区的心肌细胞DNA电泳可见相差约180～220 bp的阶梯片段；电镜发现猝死者梗死区内的心肌细胞核膜完整、染色质浓集、电子密度增加的凋亡特征，有的则出现核膜破裂、染色质溶解成碎屑的坏死现象。

Objetive:To investigate the histopathological features and detect the mutation of JAK2V617F in PV、ET and IMF;to analyze the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on the number of leucocyte in PV and ET patients;Methods: the morphological features of 69 patients who dignosed in the first time were studied by HGF and Gomori stains ; the mutation of JAK2V617F was detected in 38 blood or marrow samples of PV、ET and IMF patients by real-time PCR;the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on leucocytes were analyzed;Results: Different stages of reticulin were observed in 15 PV and 15 ET patiens'marrow sections,and the cytosis、the pleomorphism and the bone trabecula side location of megakaryocytes were observed in all PV、ET and IMF patients;the means of leucocyte in patients with and without JAK2V617F were 20.4×109/Land 11.4×109/L respectively;the P value was 0.367 as comparing the leucocytes among different stages of reticulin increasing.

目的：探讨PV、ET、IMF患者的骨髓病理特点并且检测JAK2V617F突变的发生率，分析骨髓中纤维增生程度以及JAK2V617F对PV、ET患者白细胞数的影响；方法：69例初诊患者的骨髓切片经HGF染色以及Gomori染色后进行形态学研究；并利用real-time PCR法测38例患者的骨髓或者外周血的JAK2V617F突变；分析骨髓切片中纤维组织增生程度以及JAK2突变对患者白细胞数的影响；结果：15例PV和15例ET患者的骨髓切片中可以观察到不同程度的纤维组织增生，所有PV、ET、IMF患者骨髓病理中可见到巨核细胞增多、巨核细胞多形性改变以及巨核细胞定位于骨小梁旁；12例PV、4例ET、4例IMF中检测到JAK2V617F；有突变和无突变患者发病时白细胞数均值分别为20.4×109/L和11.4×109/L，比较不同纤维增生程度的PV、ET患者的白细胞数均值，P值为0.367。
