Objective: To explore the fine method of isolated cultivation of dendritic cells from the peripheral blood.

目的：探讨无血清专用培养基从人外周血单个核细胞分离培养树突状细胞的优化方法。

The endocellular Fura-2 increased to 2.39,3.14,and 3.24 fold respectively by addition of AA,bullatacin and atemoyacin-A and the accumulation of Dox in MCF-7/ADR cells was similar to that of Fura-2,increased to 2.98,4.10 and 4.24 fold respectively by AA,bullatacin,and atemoyacin-A while no in MCF-7 cells.

细胞内阿霉素的积累与Fura-2 相似，加入AA，bullatacin和atemoyacin-A均分别增加 MCF-7/ADR 细胞内 ADR 的积累至2.98，4.10和4.24倍，而未见显著增加敏感株内 ADR 的积累。bullatacin和atemoyacin-A均能诱导MCF-7与MCF-7/ADR细胞的凋亡，且相同浓度下，两细胞株的凋亡百分数无显著差异。

4Histological examination of the capsular bags: It could be seen in group 4 that a small amount of LECs at the capsular equator proliferated and migrated to the posterior capsule, forming a thin soemmering ring in the periphery of the capsular bags, forming thin fibromembrane which embodied monolay metaplastic fibroblast-like cells in the center of the capsular bags, or with no cells or cortical material in the center of the capsular bags.

囊袋组织学检查：HSV-TK+GCV组可见少量赤道部晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cells， LECs)增殖并向后囊膜迁移，在囊袋外周部形成稀薄的soemmering环，在中央部无细胞和皮质，或仅形成单细胞层纤维膜。

However, in insects with panoistic ovarioles containing no nurse cells, it is uncertain whether or not they contain maternal germ plasm or nuage.

然而，在不具有营养细胞的无营养细胞型微卵管中，母系生殖浆或生殖云是否存在仍属未定。

The results showed that leaf epidermal cells were polygonous or irregular in shape. Stomatal complexes only present on abaxial epidermis and the stomata was paracytic type. There were five types of anticlinal walls of abaxial and adaxial cells (straight, rounded, undulated, sinuous, straight-curved). Trichomes on abaxial epidermis exist or not. Ornamention types of periclinal walls could be divided into punctuate, smooth and striate. Ornamention of periclinal walls on inner side of abaxial epidermal cells varied widely (irregular, smooth, roughly reticular, micro hairy, granular, scaly).

结果表明：润楠属植物叶表皮细胞形状为多边形或不规则形，气孔复合体均为平列型且仅分布在下表皮；上下表皮细胞的垂周壁式样有5种类型：平直、圆滑、技波、波状、平直－弓形；下表皮毛被有或无；上表皮平周壁纹饰类型有：点状、平滑、条纹；下表皮内面平周壁纹饰类型有：不规则、平滑、粗糙网状、微毛状、颗粒状、鳞片状。

The human cartilages are composed of chondrocyte and extracellular matrix,the form of chondrocytes are hypertrophy and the quantity are less;the ECM of cartilage are compised of type II collagen and proteoglycan. Articular cartilages are all hyaline with little fibers. Trauma and arthritis are the main cause of cartilage injury,the ommilayer injury ofcartilage can be recovered by marrow,but because of without stimulation mechanism,the new tissues are merely fibrocartilages,they can not be coincide with hyaline cartilage in menchanics;the purely damage of articular cartilage can not stimulate chondrocyte to regenerate because of without blood circulation,thus,the plerosis of articular catilage can not depend on the proliferation of local chondrocyte.Ever since,people tried their best to find a way to reconstruct articular cartilage.

造成人体关节软骨损伤的原因主要为创伤和关节炎，关节软骨全层损伤可由于骨髓中间充质干细胞的高速增殖修复，但这种修复由于缺乏相应的刺激机制，只能形成纤维软骨，而不能形成符合关节生理、力学要求的透明软骨；单纯软骨部分损伤软骨组织内无血管，软骨细胞迁移迟缓，无法使损伤区域软骨细胞再生，因此，关节炎及关节创伤后的软骨修复不能依赖于软骨细胞的增殖和迁移。

METHODS: Silicon chambers were sutured respectively to the distal stumps of motorial branch of femoral nerve and saphenous nerve to collect NRCF, namely MD-NRCF and SD-NRCF. The rats cortex motoneuron were divided into 4 groups and cocultured with MD-NRCF, SD-NRCF, b-FGF and serum-free medium respectively. The cultured cells were photoed under phase-contrast microscope, their longest neurites and cell-body areas were measured by cell image processing computer system.

建立运动及感觉神经再生室模型，收集术后7天的运动及感觉神经再生条件液(MD-NRCF，SD-NRCF)，将两者以及bFGF分别加入分散培养的SD大鼠运动神经元的DMEM无血清培养基中，在倒置相差显微镜下观察并摄片，运用细胞图像分析系统测量各组细胞的胞体面积及最长突起长度；并采用MTT法检测各组神经元的细胞活性。
