RESULTS: CaB was not detected during early odontogenesis from the dental lamina to the late c ap stage .Small amount of the protein first appeared in ameloblast and some of dif ferenting cells in the surface of dental papilla in early bell stage. As to late bell stage, the cytoplasm of ameloblasts and odontoblasts with secreted dentin was all stained strongly, as well as some of n uclei.

结果：人牙胚蕾、帽状期成釉器无CaB的表达；钟状早期成釉器的内釉细胞及部分牙乳头表面处于分化状态的细胞弱阳性染色；钟状晚期成釉器的成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞及部分胞核呈现强阳性染色。

Result The symptoms of congenital oligodontia were clinically classified into two groups: oligodontia with or without systemic syndromes. And the former has two typical kinds of diseases: anhidrotic/hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia and Rieger syndrome.

结果 多个牙先天缺失在临床有不同表现：一是合并发育缺陷综合征的先天多个牙缺失，典型病例为无汗少汗型外胚层发育不全和Rieger综合征等，二是作为独立症状出现的先天多个牙缺失。

Results: Relative diagnostic accordance rate of the clinical exploration and four kinds of image processing setup was the highest（P＞0.01）in the first premolars. Relative diagnostic accordance rate of the clinical exploration and the pseudocolor image setup and negative image setup was the highest（P＞0.01）, and that of the clinical exploration and the pseudo3D image setup and positive image setup was the lowest（P＜ 0.01）, showing statistical differences in the second premolars.

The trancings of condylar movement of Angle class two division one subdivision malocclusion with mandibular retrusion during mandibular movement are smooth and continual curve. There are no differences with condylar movement distances, condylar inclination and the hinge axis rotation between right and left condyle. There are no variance to movement form of the hinge axis comparing with normal occlusion. But the overlapping gender of condylar movement trace decrease than normal occlusion.

objective to evaluate clinical effect of the handling protaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments in preparation of canals of posterior teeth.methods 96teeth with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis were instrumented by handling protaper rotary instruments using step-down technique,and by k files using step-back technique for control.all teeth were obturated with lateral condensation methods.the efficiency of preparation was analyzed with ra-diographs before and after operation.results no transportation,apical blockage and ledge were found in test.the technique could keep canals smooth.there were two ledge,one instrument fracture and nine transportation in control.the operative time was shorter and post treatment pain seldom occurred in handling protaper group.conclusion the handling protaper niti rotary instruments can prepare the canals effectively and safety.after the preparation,the canals could be easily washed,sterilized and filled.it is an efficient instrumentation method for posterior teeth's canals and be used widely.

目的 评价手用protaper预备后牙根管的临床效果。方法选取患有牙髓炎和根尖周炎的后牙96例，随机分成试验组和对照组各48例，试验组用手用protaper多锥度镍钛旋转器械逐步伸入法预备根管，对照组用k锉，逐步后退法预备根管，两组均用侧向加压充填法充填根管，根据治疗前后的x线片，评价后牙根管预备效果。结果试验组无根管偏移、根尖阻塞、台阶，且根管壁平滑流畅，无器械折断等并发症发生。对照组有2例台阶形成，器械折断1例，根管偏移9例。试验组操作时间短且术后疼痛轻微。结论应用手用protaper预备后牙根管快速、安全，成形效果好，易于根管冲洗消毒及填充，可视为临床上预备后牙根管的有效方法。
