Five synthesis methods of AlN powder were discussed, namely direct nitrogenation of Al powder, carbothermal reduction of Al2O3, chemical vapor deposition, sol-gel method, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis and plasma chemical synthesis. The choice of AlN sintering additives and five sintering technologies were analysed, namely hot pressing sintering, pressureless sintering, spark plasma sintering, microwave sintering and self-propagating sintering. The preparation processes of AlN substrate and its influencing factors were expounded.

In this dissertation, several novel halogen-free fire-retardant epoxy-based copper clad laminates were developed. Two kinds of phosphrous-containing epoxy resins were synthesized by different method. A novel nitrogen-containing curing agent 2,4, 6-tri (phenol-methylene -amide)-trizone was synthesized for preparing high-performance epoxy polymers, and the synthesis kinetics, cure kinetics and mechanism of MFP cured with DGEBA have been investigated by Differential Scanning Calorimeter and in situ Infrared.

By the pot experiment in nitrogen-free sand, the difference of the parental strain and marked strains with cfp gene on three cultivars was tested. One marked strain which was not significantly different with the parental strain for the competition stady with soil indigenous strains under field conditions .
