After comparing the two type of tests,we came to some conclusions.The tests based on binomial test can be regarded as some kind of permutation tests under certain definition of "permutaton".If the tests are related to statistics,then whether they can be viewed as permutation tests depends on if the value of the probability,p,is known where p is the population parameter in the null hypothesis.For tests like Kolmogorov goodness-of-fit test,since the statistics is calculated based on empirical distribution function,hence no matter how we repermutate the observations,the order statistics is the same.This kind of tests can't be regarded as permutation tests.

我们得到的结论为：在一般的无母数检定中，如果检定与binomial test相关，基本上都可以视作排列检定的一种；与卡方检定相关的检定，基本上和p值已知或是未知有关，这个p值为原始假设下所要检定的母体机率值；其他检定如Kolmogorov goodness-of-fit test，由於统计量的值是根据empirical distribution function决定，而不论如何重新排列样本，其顺序统计量都不变，所以无法视为一种排列检定。

Oogonium develops into early oocyte in the ovary, and then the oocyte leaves the ovary for the coelomic fluid in the form of single cell or cell mass followed by the rapid separation of the group of oocytes into individual ones. Oocyte enters into the nephridium after its maturation. The rupture of germinal vesicle marks the oocyte maturation. Oocyte in the coelom does not have follicle membrane and vitelline membrane is formed and developed by the oocyte itself. Smaller oocyte (0μm in diameter) is round, and larger ones (≥60μm in diameter) is ovate. Calcium sulfate has been used for bone regenation in oral medicine. Osteopontin, a marker molecule, expressed by osteoblast, plays multiple roles in human body. However, the effect of calcium sulfate on osteopontin expressed in osteoblasts is unclear. In this study, U-2 osteosarcoma osteoblastic cells were cultured in 0, 0.5, 1, or 10 μM calcium sulfate hemihydrate. There was no effect in the proliferation of cells, suggesting that calcium sulfate up to 10 μM is biocompatible. The cells and conditioned media were collected for analyzing mRNA and protein levels of osteopontin by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blot, respectively.

After studying the MAC protocol of Ad hoc network and by modifying the Wireless Token Ring Protocol, a new uncontested Distributed Parallel Wireless Polling Access Protocol that can provide MAC QoS guarantees for Ad hoc network is presented, and the mathematical model is established by the embedded Markov chain theory and the probability generating function method. Based on it, the mean value of queue length and message waiting time are explicitly obtained.

摘要该文对Ad hoc网络的MAC层协议进行了研究，通过对无线令牌环协议进行改进，提出了一种新的具有QoS保障的无竞争的分布式并行无线轮询访问协议，并采用嵌入Markov链和概率母函数的分析方法，用限定服务规则进行了系统建模，在系统模型的基础上得到了系统的平均排队队长以及平均等待时间的解析结果。

The dissertation includes the work as follows: Firstly, we present a random graph model with spatial reuse for a dense MANET which using directional antennas. The analytic formula of several important performance parameters for the MANET are obtained under the DSR routing protocol, such as the average flooding distance, the probability generating function of the flooding distance, the probability of a flooding route to be symmetrically valid, the average time to find a symmetrically valid route and the cost to successfully route a data packet to its destination. We compare the two models with spatial reuse and without spatial reuse by evaluating these parameters. It is shown that the spatial reuse model is much more effcctive in terms of the performance of the dense network with directional antenna, because the bigger is the degree of spatial reuse, the smaller is the average flooding distance.

The results of the determinating the activity of the CA in vitro showed that the CA of the water—fed individuals were in activing statics after eclosion. Because of the apperence of the Vg in haemolymph and the deposition of the vitellin in oocytes in the unfed females, it was shown that the CA in such individuals were in activiting statics, too. Again because in the water—fed females which did not lack the feeding action the activity of the CA showed dropping tendency gradually still, it could be said that the activiting of the CA was possibly effected by the nutrition but it was never related to the adult feeding action. In another respect, the brain of the female adult had not significant effect on the activiting CA. The oocytes could depositing vitellin in individuals removed brain tissue on the day of eclosion, which showed that the activting of CA was not concerned with brain.

CA活性的体外测定说明饲水个体的CA同样具有活性，不取食个体血淋巴中Vg的存在以及卵母细胞中卵黄的沉积表明，在不取食的个体中CA同样具有活性，所以CA的活化与成虫期的取食动作无关，与成虫是否取食花蜜也无太多的联系，但是CA活性的维持可能受成虫期营养的影响，如果以卵母细胞发育和CA体积大小作为CA活性的指标，则饲水个体CA的活性在后期受到了影响，说明饲水不能替代取食蜂蜜来维持成虫期CA的活性；成虫期脑对CA的活化无明显作用，羽化当日摘除脑的个体，其卵母细胞仍然可以沉积卵黄，说明CA的活化与脑无关，而是受某种不确定的因子的影响；用抗JH物质—早熟素—Ⅱ以10ug／虫的剂量在颈部点滴处理雌虫，对Vg的发生和卵巢的发育具有一定的迟缓作用，其原因有待于进一步的研究。

The results show that: 1 supplementation of protein to maturation media improves cumulus expansion in vitro compared to the protein-free control, but cumulus expansion is not necessarily related to oocyte nuclear maturation in pigs, and cumulus expansion is not the criterae for determination of nuclear maturation of pig oocytes, but only the exclusion of the first polar body; 2 exposure of pig COCs to hormone supplements for 23-24 hours improved cumulus expansion but had no significant effect on nuclear maturation compared to that for 46-48 hours; 3 under our research conditions, supplementation of different proteins into different maturation media has different effects on porcine oocyte nuclear maturation, but has no significant effect on subsequent embryonic development after IVF; 4 the nuclear maturation rates of pig oocytes matured in mTCM+pFF and mNCSU+pFF are superior than that in mNCSU+FCS; 5 different maturation media have no effect on pig oocyte cumulus expansion and subsequent embryonic development after IVF.

结果显示：(1)在成熟液中添加蛋白质可以加强卵丘细胞的扩散，但猪卵母细胞的核成熟与其周围的卵丘细胞扩展没有必然的联系，卵丘细胞扩散或成放射状不宜作为猪卵母细胞核成熟的标准，只有排出第一极体才能作为猪卵母细胞核成熟的标志；(2)在猪COCs的46-48小时成熟培养的后23-24小时阶段去除成熟液中的激素不但可以保证卵母细胞的核成熟率，而且可加强卵丘细胞的扩散；(3)在现有实验条件下，在mTCM和mNCSU中添加10％pFF与在mNCSU中添加10％FCS相比可获得较高的猪卵母细胞核成熟率；(4)在不同的成熟液中添加不同的蛋白质对猪卵母细胞核成熟率的影响效果不一样，但对体外受精后的早期胚胎发育影响不明显；(5)成熟液种类对猪卵母细胞的卵丘细胞扩散和体外受精后的早期胚胎发育无显著影响。
