Infiltration and exudation of inflammation cells was observed by HE stained in epidural nerve root. Compared with group A, no changes of group B, C and D were observed under specific stained. Proliferation of type Ⅱ collagen fibers around dura mater was seen under immunohistochemical stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. There is no significant demyelination changes under LFB stained. The thickness and shape of the myelin sheath in epidural nerve root was not regular under transmission electronic microscopy in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Fibroblast was also seen there. In nerve endometrium, macrophage could be seen under TEM, myelinated nerve fiber changed significantly, but nonmyelinated nerve fiber changed mildly. When 8 weeks, the changes of group D is smaller than the group B and C.

给药局部肉眼观察未见明显的纤维组织增生；HE染色可见B、C、D三组给药后四周及八周时硬膜内外均有炎细胞浸润，纤维细胞轻度增生，硬膜外神经根内有炎细胞浸润及炎性渗出；特殊染色B、C、D三组同A组相比未见有脊髓及神经根的改变；免疫组化染色，给药后四周及八周时，硬膜内外均有Ⅱ型胶原纤维增生；固兰染色B、C、D三组未见有明显脱髓鞘改变，与A组相比无明显异常改变；电镜观察B、C、D三组在给药后的四周及八周时，表现为硬膜外神经根内髓鞘厚薄不一，形状不规则，可见成纤维细胞，神经内膜中可见有巨噬细胞；粗大的有髓神经纤维变化明显，无髓神经纤维受累较轻；八周时电镜下D组改变较B、C两组为轻。

The results showed that elevated CO2 increased the R/S ratio and the dry mass of both coarse and fine roots, indicating that the seedlings under elevated CO2 allocated more biomass to their below- ground part. Compared with control, elevated CO2 increased the contents of reducing sugar, sucrose, and total soluble sugar in coarse roots significantly, but had less effect on those in fine roots. Elevated CO2 increased the contents of starch and total non-structural carbohydrate both in coarse roots and in fine roots. Under elevated CO2, the carbon content in coarse and fine roots had an unsignificant increasing trend, while the nitrogen content decreased signifi- cantly, which resulted in an increase of C/N ratio.

结果表明：CO2浓度升高使红桦幼苗粗根和细根的干质量增加，同时根／冠值显著升高，表明CO2浓度升高使红桦幼苗生物量向根系的分配增加；与对照相比，粗根的还原糖、蔗糖和总可溶性糖含量显著增加，而在细根中没有显著变化；粗根、细根的淀粉和总的非结构性碳水化合物含量显著增加；CO2浓度升高下粗根和细根的碳含量有升高的趋势但未达到显著水平，同时氮含量降低，碳／氮值升高；氮的吸收量在粗根和细根中均无显著变化。

Result The results showed that tissue culture seedlings cultured with disinfection seeds and fresh fruit seeds had higher survival rates, which could reached above 75.0%. Taken Pingguoli and Xiangshuili for cions, Shanli without root for rootstock, the survival rate of graft seedlings had obvious difference. And Xiangshuili for cions had higher survival rates. Taken Xiangshuili for cions, Shanli and Xiangshuili for rootstock, the survival rate of graft seedlings with root had higher survival rates than that without root. Added hormone to the media could improve the survival rate of micro-grafting plants, in the medium of MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L, the survival rate reached 86.7%.

Nickel-Titanium instruments have become widely used in the endodontic treatment. However, their unexpected separation was a serious concern in endodontics. To date, no scientific methods have been developed to evaluate the functional lifespan of Ni-Ti instruments. In this study, we used resonance frequency analysis to nondestructively detect the fatigue life of Ni-Ti instruments to determine the feasibility of this technique for use in the clinic.
