Bidens pilosa var. radiata, one of the rapid expanding invasive weeds, has become prevailing throughout Taiwan. A study on the result enhanced by the breakdown of geographic isolation with the native varieties in genetic variation, population structure and introgressive hybrization is really in need. In this study the genetic variation and population structure among the varieties of Bidens pilosa complex were studied using ISSR markers.

在台湾Bidens pilosa种群在外部形态及分布上均非常类似，加上大花咸丰草又属极具侵略性的新归化种，在与其他自生变种又无明显隔离下，是否增加种间之交流与渐渗杂交之机会及对族群结构的影响，实有深入探讨之必要。

Leaves opposite , very rarely stipulate, petiolate, entire, leathery to papery, usually glabrous; secondary veins usually prominent, numerous to few, oblique to perpendicular to midvein; tertiary veins reticulate, with adaxial brownish transvenous resin canals and abaxial linear or intervenous translucent glands; petiole often with basal liguliform appendage.

叶对生 ，极少具托叶，具叶柄，全缘，革质到纸质，通常无毛；次脉通常突出，许多对很少，偏斜到与中脉垂直；第三脉网状，具正面带褐色的transvenous树脂道并且背面线形或脉间的半透明的腺体；叶柄通常具基生舌状的附属物。

花无梗 花瓣缺乏以极小的基础状态存在的或；子房差不多上位；花的杯状瓶形，在嘴的明显狭窄和隐藏子房；果不具皮孔。

There were no significant difference between the levels of C3 and C4 in sera from patients with activity lupous nephropathy and non-activity lupous nephropathy, but there were significant difference between the CH50 in sera from patients with activity lupous nephropathy and non-activity lupous nephropathy.

Dense alloy coating without pore and inclusion is obtained which metallurgically bonded with steel but existing a few cracks. The results show that the cladding alloy coating is mainly composed of single-phase Fe3Al, and the microstructure is coarse equiaxed grain-groups that consist of large amount of fined slug like Fe3Al grains, between which some adjacent grains have the similar orientation.

The content of SMBC,SMBN and mineralizable carbon 〓 in profiles of Fluvio-marine yellowsoil,Fluvio-aquie soil,Quaterary red clay were all decreased with increasing depth,but themineralizable nitrogen 〓 was not true.

In order to clarify the genetic mechanism of the adhesion,an in vitro adhesion experiment was carried out for three variants of E.coli F4in 366 piglets of three pig breeds.The results showed that there existed significant differences(P.001)in the adhesion percentage among the three breeds.Most SB piglets were nonadhesive for all the three variants,whereas most LR piglets were adhesive.Within each breed except for LR,the proportions of the three F4 variants adhering to the brush borders differed significantly.

为了研究黏附的遗传机制，本实验利用大白、长白、松辽黑猪的小肠刷状缘细胞与F4ab、F4ac、F4ad进行离体黏附实验，结果发现3品种猪之间黏附情况存在显著差别(P《0.01)，松辽黑猪以非黏附型为主，而长白猪中黏附型比例较高，在同一品种猪内，3种菌株的黏附比例在松辽黑猪内和大白猪内有极显著差异，但在长白猪中无显著差异。
