The purpose of this study was to measure the gaseous inorganic acids / bases and volatile organic compounds emitted during the business of central Taiwan Science Park, and establish the air quality data. Two sampling sites were located in the north and south of the Park. The measuring instrument was the annular denuder system for inorganic acids and bases and the method for VOCs' measurement was according to Taiwan's EPA method NIEA
