本文研究了不同包装形式结合抗氧化剂对辐照冷却猪肉糜中脂肪氧化的抑制作用。添加抗氧化剂的冷却猪肉糜分别采取真空包装、无氧包装(N2+CO2)和气调有氧包装(O2+CO2+N2)，然后经3kGy低剂量辐照，在4℃±1℃贮藏20d。

结果表明，随NaCl溶液浓度的增加：（1）两品种玉米生长均受到严重抑制，发芽势降低，芽和根的长度均呈减小的趋势，总体来看，杂交种垦玉7的发芽势、芽和根的长势均好于自交系无名-5；（2）两品种玉米体内Pro含量均增加，且在NaCl浓度超过150mmol/L时，杂交种垦玉7体内Pro含量增加的幅度明显大于自交系无名-5，而使垦玉7对盐的适应能力强于无名-5；（3）两品种的CAT活性变化幅度均不大，但无名-5的CAT活性在各NaCl浓度条件下均高于垦玉7，这可能是由品种间本身差异造成的，而与品种的耐盐性无直接关系。

The long fiber in F2 generation had 3 phenotypes altogether of brown long fiber and brown linter, white long fiber and white linter, white long fiber and brown linter, showing there was interaction among genes and the expression of dominant gene in brown long fiber inhibited the expression of recessive gene of linter color.

结果］纤维色泽至少受4对基因控制，长纤维和短绒棕色的有无各由1对显性基因控制，其纤维色泽类型至少还受2对微效基因控制，表现出淡棕、棕近白等不同类型。F2代长纤维共有棕色长纤维棕色短绒、白色长纤维白色短绒、白色长纤维棕色短绒3种表现型，表明基因间存在互作，棕色长纤维显性基因的表达抑制短绒色泽隐性基因的表达。
