In order to eliminate the harm brought by the wave aberrance of voltage and current, it is necessary to control the harmonic wave and compensate the reactive power. So it is very important to test the electric parameters.

为了消除电压、电流的波形畸变产生的危害，就必须对电力系统进行谐波抑制和无功补偿，因此对电力系统中的电气参数进行测试和分析就显得尤为重要。

METHODS: The 316L stainless steel was dip into a mixture of 5 g/L quaternionic copolymer tetrahydrofuran and 10% RNAIII inhibiting peptide to obtain stable polymer coating, which was extracted at density of 1 cm2/mL in saline at 37 ℃ for 72 hours to get 100% eluent. The same volume of saline was added to make 50% eluent.

将洁净的316L不锈钢片浸渍于5 g/L的四元共聚物四氢呋喃和质量分数10%的RNAⅢ抑制肽混合溶液中，获得稳定的聚合物涂层，按1 cm2/mL在37 ℃无菌条件下用生理盐水浸提72 h，制得浸提液原液；加入同体积的无菌生理盐水制得50%浸提液。

The antimicrobial activities were determined with paper disc diffusion method. The result showed that of Sapindus mukorossi extracts only inhibited Candida albicans and no antimicrobial activities to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pityrosporum ovale and Propionibacterium acnes.

The lyophilization treatment of silkie fowl blood meal and the hot-air drying treatment of broiler blood meal had the strongest inhibition in lipid peroxidation. All the blood meal showed higher ability of the ferrous ion chelating.

When compensating devices are switched by vacuum switches, if they are switched on group, the inrush current can be controlled by inserting suitable current-restrained reactance in-series. Since the restriking overvoltage is pertinent to the capacity of compensating devices and the time of restriking and igniting, the overvoltage can be restrained by arresters with asterism connection at the entrance of the capacitors. Although switching capacitance devices will bring up high interception cross overvoltage, the metal-oxide arrester can limit this overvoltage in the system designed in the thesis, and naturally the compensating devices can operate normally.

使用真空开关投切并联无功补偿装置，在分组投入并联电容器时，串联合适的限流电抗，合闸涌流可以得到控制；重燃时的过电压值与并补装置补偿容量，重燃发生时刻和燃弧时间有关，电容器进线端的三星接法避雷器可以抑制其过电压；切并联电抗器时会产生较高的截流过电压，金属氧化物避雷器可以使本文中所建系统的截流过电压得到限制，并联无功补偿装置可以正常切合。

Results:(1) The rats produced amphetamine CPP after treated with 2 mgkg^(-1) amphetamine for 4 days. Ketamine and low, middle, high dose rhynchophylline all could eliminate the CPP effect, and the effect of rhychophylline was increased in a dose-dependent manner. Rhychophylline itself could not induce CPP in normal rats.(2) When compared with normal rats, the NR2B expression in nucleus accubens and amygdaloid of the model rats was obviously increased. Ketamine and middle, high dose rhynchophylline could decrease NR2B expression induced by amphetamine, while low dose rhynchophylline did not affect NR2B expression. Rhynchophylline had no effect on RN2B expression in normal rats.

结果：(1)建立了苯丙胺（2mgkg^(-1)，连续4d）诱导的位置偏爱模型，氯胺酮及钩藤碱低、中、高剂量均可消除苯丙胺诱导的位置偏爱效应，随钩藤碱剂量增加其效应加强，且本身无精神依赖性；(2)苯丙胺模型组大鼠伏核和杏仁核NR2B蛋白表达增加，氯胺酮及钩藤碱中、高剂量抑制NR2B表达，低剂量及本身对NR2B表达无影响。

In vivo, composition E markedly protected mice from lethal challenge by heat-killed E. coli and heat-killed S. aureus. Conclusions:(1) Targeting on PGN, CpG DNA and lipid A, we successfully established the platform to screen anti-inflammatory traditional Chinese medicine using biosensor technology which is highly effective, objective and feasible.

该组分经MTT法测定对小鼠RAW264.7细胞活力无影响(≤400μg/ml)，经CCK-8法测定也对小鼠RAW264.7细胞活力无影响(≤800μg/ml)；对PGN、CpG DNA及LPS刺激小鼠RAW264.7细胞分泌TNF-α有显著的抑制作用，并呈现良好的剂量-效应关系；对致死剂量的热灭活大肠杆菌和热灭活金黄色葡萄球菌攻击小鼠有显著的保护作用。

The emodin did not inhibited multiplication of TMV in infected leaf discs or infectivity of TMV-RNA in vitro. The infectivity of TMV recovered by dialysis from incubations with emodin in vitro has regained showed that the emodin did not direct viricidal effect. The emodin did not reduce infectivity of TMV when applied before TMV inoculation.

大黄素对粒体无形态破坏作用，与TMV混合后经过透析可恢复大部分的侵染活性，体外混合不影响TMV-RNA的侵染活性，并无体内抑制复制作用，预先接种也不影响TMV随后的侵染。

Results:Osteoblasts has the ability of transmembrane transport of metformin. The transport of metformin could be saturable with time and drug concentration adding;a certain range of temperature and pH can promote the transport of metformin;The transport of metformin was inhibited by cimetidine and phenformin,but promoted by verapamil;Oct1 but no Oct2 was expressed extensively in cell membrane and cytoplasm of osteoblasts;The protein level of Oct1 can be up-regulated by metformin with different drug concentrations and times,but no obvious differentces from each group.

结果：二甲双胍能够在成骨细胞上进行跨膜转运，且随着转运时间和药物浓度的增加而增加，并可达到饱和；一定范围内提高温度和pH值可以促进二甲双胍的转运；西米替丁和苯乙双胍对二甲双胍转运有明显抑制作用，而维拉帕米则对转运有明显的促进作用；Oct1广泛表达在成骨细胞的胞膜及胞浆中，而Oct2无表达；二甲双胍在不同浓度及不同给药时间均能够上调Oct1的表达，但各组间无明显差别。
