Results The morality rate was zero and there were no cases of leakage at the pancraticojejunostomy and choledocojejunostomy. All patients were discharged from hospital 10-14 days after operation. 目的 初步探讨c反应蛋白crp与吸烟和动脉粥样硬化三者之间的关系。方法通过对临床278例动脉粥样硬化和非动脉粥样硬化病人血清crp和血脂的检测及吸烟情况的调查，应用spss统计软件进行差异分析，比较不同组间crp水平。结果 crp在吸烟与不吸烟组、动脉粥样硬化和非动脉粥样硬化组差异有显著性。而在血脂正常组和高血脂组差异无显著性。在不同吸烟量组间：非动脉粥样硬化组间crp水平差异无显著性，而动脉粥样硬化组差异有极显著性。结论吸烟、血脂升高、crp升高是动脉粥样硬化较好的预示指标；在吸烟人群中crp升高者更易患动脉粥样硬化。
