Results After many times oral administration of Jiangtangning capsules(40～600mg/kg),the blood glucose of hyperglycemic mice,rats and rabbits induced by adrenaline,glucose,streptozotocin and alloxan was decreased obviously,and had significant dose-effect relationship,the symptoms of polydipsa,polyphagia and polyuria were improved for alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice and rats,meanwhile the release of insulin in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice serum was promoted,but having no apparent influence on the normal blood glucose of mice.

结果 在40～600mg/kg剂量下，多次灌服降糖宁胶囊对肾上腺素、葡萄糖、链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠和大鼠以及家兔高血糖均有明显的降低作用，且有明显的量效关系，还可明显改善四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠和大鼠多饮、多食、多尿等三多症状，并可促进四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠血清中胰岛素的释放。但对小鼠正常血糖却无明显影响。

Results The high peak and low peak of 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure appeared in the morning and at night in all three groups, but the blood pressure curve was planter in NIDDM and the percentage of disappeared diurnal rhythm of ambulatory blood pressure (blood pressure at nignttime falls less than 10%) was 66%, higher than in EHP (54%) and normal control (50%), the damagement of autonomic nerves appeared in 75%of NIDDM and 69%of EHP, but no relationship was observed between ambulatory blood pressure and urinary protein excretion rates.

结果 三组受试者服药前动态血压皆有昼高夜低的规律，但NIDDM的动态血压曲线更平坦；且昼夜节律消失(夜间血压下降低于10%)发生率为66%，高于EHP(54%)和正常对照组(50%)；NIDDM和EHP组分别有75%和69%的患者出现不同程度的自主神经功能损伤，但动态血压与尿蛋白排泄率间无相关性。

objective to discuss the nursing methods of acute postrenal renal calculus obstruction through ureteroscope.methods the preoperative and postorerative aborative nursing in 22 cases of patients with ureter calculus who were treated by emergency ureteroscope were analyzed retrospectively.results all patients became well and renal function was improved quickly after operation,after the timely treatment and nursing,none patients occured the serious complication.conclusion timely and right preoperative preparation,mental nursing and postoperative nursing were essential for the success of operation.

目的 讨论经尿道输尿管镜治疗急性肾后结石梗阻的护理方法。方法对22名患者进行急诊经尿道输尿管镜，治疗上尿路结石的术前、术后精心护理的回顾分析。结果所有患者顺利接受手术，术后患者全身状况、肾功能快速恢复，并发症得到及时治疗和护理，无一例发生严重并发症。结论及时准确的术前准备、心理护理、术后护理、是保证手术成功的重要保障。
