Study-I recruited the students of the National Taiwan University as samples who were assigned to depressive group (n = 23), dysphoric group (n = 25), and normal control group (n = 32) based on the diagnosis of MINI and BDI-II scores. 本研究分为两个子研究，研究一以忧郁病谱中的大学生为样本来源，依MINI确认诊断之有无，搭配BDI-II分数划分为忧郁组（n = 23）、情绪低落组（n = 25）、及控制组（n = 32），并控制其年龄、教育程度、语文智商、作业智商、及全量表智商等人口学变项与干扰变项。

4Histological examination of the capsular bags: It could be seen in group 4 that a small amount of LECs at the capsular equator proliferated and migrated to the posterior capsule, forming a thin soemmering ring in the periphery of the capsular bags, forming thin fibromembrane which embodied monolay metaplastic fibroblast-like cells in the center of the capsular bags, or with no cells or cortical material in the center of the capsular bags.

囊袋组织学检查：HSV-TK+GCV组可见少量赤道部晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cells， LECs)增殖并向后囊膜迁移，在囊袋外周部形成稀薄的soemmering环，在中央部无细胞和皮质，或仅形成单细胞层纤维膜。

Results The anesthesia range was narrowed and anesthesia duration was shortened with the prolongation of epidural catheter placement,Epidural roentgenography showed that the medium diffused normally within epidural space,biopsy of epidural tissues showed that there were inflammative cells infiltration and fiber proliferation with longer epidural catheter placement（more than 4 weeks）,without significant differences between both groups.Conclusion Epidural corticosteroids can not prevent epidural adhesion from occurrance induced with long-term epidural catheter placement.

结果 随着硬膜外腔置管时间延长，麻醉阻滞范围变窄，麻醉阻滞时间也明显缩短，两组之间没有明显区别；硬膜外腔造影显示：造影剂在硬膜外腔扩散良好，无明显受阻；组织学检查显示：置管时间长(4周以上)的动物，硬膜外组织炎细胞浸润、纤维组织增生、硬膜增厚，而且随置管时间延长，这&种变化更&加显著，但两组之间没有明显区别。

Result:Except clinical signs and symptoms,fibrolaryngoscopy and CT or MRI imaging examination should be used. According to it,make the injury degree of intralaryngeal structure and decide the management principle.

结果：5例诊断除据临床表现外，采用纤维喉镜和CT、MRI等影像学检查，判断喉内结构损伤的程度；据此决定处理原则，作适当变通。5例均治愈，且无喉狭窄发生。
