Objective:To detect the rat model of non-alcohol fatty liver disease the effect of medical intervention Methods: The Wistar rats were fed with high fatty chow for 12 weeks to induce NAFLD.And then,these rats were fed the low fatty chow,and separately intervened by Rhizoma polygoni cuspidate,Polyene phosphatidylcholine and metformin hydrychloride or controlled by distill water for 4 weeks.The total RNA of adipose tissue was extracted and reversely translated into cDNA.

Non-alcohol fatty liver disease；Intervention；Rhizoma polygoni cuspidatei；Polyene phosphatidylcholine；Metformin hydrychloride非酒精性脂肪肝病（Non-alcohol fatty liver disease，NAFLD）是无过量饮酒史的肝实质细胞脂肪积贮和变性的病理综合症，是由于肝脏本身和各种肝外因素引起的肝脏脂肪代谢功能障碍，导致肝细胞内脂类物质蓄积过多的一种病理变化，常见原因有营养缺乏、肥胖、糖尿病、妊娠、糖皮质激素、肝炎及药物或毒物的损伤等[1]，发病机理尚未完全清楚。

The main pathogens of VAP were Gram negative organisms (68.63%) whose predominant pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter. On the other hand, 75.40% of Gram positive organisms were Staphylococcus epidermidis.Of the pathogens 20.98% were eumycetes. Compared from June 1996 to June 2001 with from July 2001 to June 2006,there was no significant difference on the incidence rate of P.aeruginosa(31.76% vs 31.58%).During the recent 10 years,the incidence of Acinetobacter rose up from 8.23% to 15.23% and the rate of oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis rose up from 18.75% to 71.43%. The sensitivity of P.aeruginosa and Acinetobacter isolates descended to sodium imipenem cilastatin and ceftazidime in past 10 years.

在538例VAP中，2种及2种以上致病菌感染占56.51%；革兰阴性细菌中，铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属为VAP的主要致病菌(68.63%)(385/561)；表皮葡萄球菌感染为VAP的主要革兰阳性致病菌(75.40%)(95/126)；真菌占20.98%(183/872)；铜绿假单胞菌在两个时间段所占比例无明显变化，不动杆菌属的检出率呈上升趋势(8.23%～15.23%)；铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属对亚胺培南、头孢他啶的敏感性明显下降，耐苯唑西林表皮葡萄球菌的检出率显著升高(18.75%～71.43%)。

The results are as follows:(1) With the imposing of orthopedic force of simulating maxillary protraction on maxilla, in the sagittal direction, the maxillary complex of the SD Rats in experimental group grows more quickly than that in two control groups, and the extent of the maxillary complex increases more evidently. The maxillary complex displays anti-clockwise forward and upward rotation.(2) With the imposing of orthopedic force on maxilla, upper incisors exhibit labial-inclined, labioclination of lower incisors changes insignificantly, and the shape and the dimension of skull are not affected significantly.(3) The expression of TGF-3 , in frontomaxillary sutures and palatomaxillary sutures shows different intensity in different extent of time. But The expression of TGF-{3, in experimental group is more intensive than that in two control groups, and that in operated control group and natural growth group has no significant difference.

结果如下：在模拟上颌前牵引矫形力作用下，(1)生长发育期大鼠上颌复合体在矢状方向生长加快，长度明显增加，并表现出向前向上的逆时针旋转；(2)上切牙唇倾，下切牙的唇倾度没有明显变化，颅脑的形态与大小不受影响；(3)额颌缝和腭颌缝中TGF-β_1的表达，同一时段实验加力组要强于手术对照组与自然生长组，而手术对照组与自然生长组之间无显著性差异。
