本文分析了发电机失磁的物理过程，给出了发电机失磁后的基本方程；通过使用Matlab/Simulink中的电力系统仿真模块，建立一个单机无穷大系统仿真模型，包括了发电机、励磁系统、变压器、无功电源、线路负载、无穷大系统、输电线路等模块；针对励磁绕组完全失磁和部分失磁两种失磁情况，进行了不同工况下的仿真，获得了机端定子电压、励磁电流、励磁电压和输出有功功率波形的变化情况；通过对比仿真波形，对各电气量变化规律进行了理论分析。

In this paper the thymus DNA of calf and the pBs plasmid are the main objects of our studies in ultraweak luminescence. By means of PIAS(Photon-counting image acquisition), ultraweak luminescence detector and Lambda Bio 40 of UV/VIS spectrophotometer, we studied the UL of DNA induced by the three oxygen free radicals: singlet oxygen Oa, hydroxy radical and superoxide anion(O2 ). We found that the OH can greatly increase the UL intensity of DNA.

本论文以小牛胸腺DNA和质粒pBs为实验材料，利用光子图像探测系统(Photon-counting image acquistion，PIAS)、微弱发光测量仪和UV／VIS分光光度计和生物统计学的成组比较法原理对单线态氧(~1O_2)、羟自由基、超氧阴离子(O_2~-)三种氧自由基诱导DNA超弱发光的变化过程进行了研究，结果发现这三种氧自由基中·OH能诱导DNA的超弱发光发生显著的增强变化，而其他两种氧自由基对DNA的超弱发光并无显著诱导作用。

A grating function and a groove function are introduced to determine the structure of a concave grating. Basic ideas for the design of a flat-field concave grating with three stigmatic points are proposed. As a proof of the usefulness of these design approaches, image conditions of the grating with three stigmatic points are developed which concise with other published results and they are more general than those obtained from holographic gratings.

采用与分析三维光栅相类似的级数展开法给出了二维集成凹面光栅的球差、彗差的计算方法，计算中用光栅函数和槽面函数来描述具有任意形状和任意变化周期的光栅，提出了一种具有三个无像差点的平面场型凹面光栅的设计方法，利用该方法推导了三点无像差光栅的成像条件，与文献中用其它方法获得的结果相一致，该结果与全息光栅的成像条件相比，更具一般性。

研究表明：由于非Darcy流β因子恒为正值，渗流系统总是稳定的；当渗透特性随时间变化时，渗流速度从一稳定值平滑地过渡到一新的稳定值，新的稳定值与原稳定值之比可以增大到几万至几百万倍，但是总是有限的；突水是岩层结构破裂引起的渗流速度快速或急剧变化，但渗流速度不可能无止境地增大，即渗流不可能失稳。

To evaluate the efficacy of the recombinant fowlpox virus vaccine against the heterotype IBV, the chickens were challenged with the homotype IBV LX4 strain and the heterotype IBV LTJ95I strain after three weeks post vaccination. Antibodies against IBV were detected in vaccinated chickens one week post inoculation. The CD4+ T-lymphocytes in the peripheral blood increased rapidly in all groups challenged with IBV, except for the vaccinated group challenged by heterotype strain and the low level of CD4+ T-lymphocytes remained until end of the experiment. In all the groups, a high level of CD8+ T-lymphocytes only was observed in the vaccinated group after challenging with IBVhomotype strain. The morbidity and the mortality of this group were 21.43 % and 0 %, respectively, which showed significant difference with other groups. In addition, the lesions of chickens and virus shedding were less in the vaccinated group challenged by IBV homotype strain comparing with other groups, but there was no difference for the average body weight of chickens in all groups.

结果显示，重组疫苗接种1周后，免疫鸡产生抗IBV的抗体；而且外周血中CD4+和CD8+ T淋巴细胞的含量略高于非免疫对照组；攻毒后，异源强毒株攻毒的免疫组CD4+ T淋巴细胞呈下降趋势，并且该组低水平CD4+的状态一直持续到试验结束，而其他组CD4+ T淋巴细胞均迅速上升，峰值达到14.5 %；同源强毒株攻毒的免疫组CD8+ T淋巴细胞呈高水平的表达，而其他组攻毒后均无明显变化；保护率结果显示，同源强毒株攻毒免疫组的发病率和死亡率为21.43 %和0 %，与其他各组相比均有显著差异；另外同源强毒株攻毒的免疫组病理损伤与异源强毒株攻毒的试验组相比明显减轻，其排毒时间和排毒量也均有所减少；强毒攻毒后所有试验组体重无显著差异。
