Results There was a downtrend in weight of dams on GD20 as the DBTD exposure dose increased. The weight of dam's utero significantly decreased in 30 mg/kg group. A significant decrease in fetal weights was observed in all DBTD groups, and fetal sizes in 20, 30 mg/kg groups. Exposure to DBTD from GD 12-19 resulted in a distinct increase in normalized anogenital distances in female fetuses, but no effects were seen in male ones.

结果 妊娠20d时，孕鼠体重随DBTD剂量升高呈下降趋势，但与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义，30mg/kg组孕鼠子宫重量显著降低；所有DBTD染毒组雄性、雌性胎鼠体重均显著降低，20、30m/kg组胎鼠体长显著降低；所有DBTB染毒组雌性胎鼠肛门距生殖器的标化距离显著增长，而雄性胎鼠无显著变化。

Results In the normal days and after operation, the far distance binocular vision and near distance stereoacuity were no significant difference between 14 cyclic esotropia cases and normal. In 16 cases of consecutive esotropia, 12 cases had no binocular vision before operation, and after operation, simultaneous perception were acquired in 16 cases (100%), fusional power in l6 cases (100%) while the range of fusion was lower than normal, far distance stereoscopic vision in 10 cases (62.5%), near distance stereoscopic vision in 8 cases (50%).

Results:①All gallstones type Ⅰ and Ⅳ in animal models were dissolved quickly, however, MTBE showed somewhat toxicity in inhibiting CNS, so that the dose of MTBE should be controlled precisely.②No abnormal change of liver and renal functions of dogs were found before and after operations.③Choloecyst pathological sections of gallbladder suggested that no evident of damage and inflammation of gallbladder was of found. Hemopexis with reversible histological change was observed in hepatic sinusoid and centeral vein short time after administation of MTBE.

结果：①动物模型的Ⅰ、Ⅳ型结石均全部迅速溶解，但MTBE有一定毒性，其对中枢神经系统有一定的抑制作用，应用时须严格掌握单位时间内的灌注剂量及总量(控制在60ml左右)；②实验犬实验前后的肝、肾功能检查无异常；③病理检查结果提示MTBE对胆囊组织无明显损伤，无严重炎性反应，给药后短期内肝窦和中央静脉有凝血现象，但其组织学变化是可逆的。

Results The increased percentage of the brachial artery diameter and blood flow velocity at hyperemic condition was lower in patients with CHD than that in normal controls. However,there was no significant difference in response to nitroglycerin between the CHD patients and the normal controls.

In infarction patients group,DTI can early detect some small infarction lesions in white matter. With the pathophysiological evolution of the disease, FA and ADCAV changes regularly. In hyper-acute stroke, FA of lesions have no consistent change, appreciably elevated or decreased. In acute, sub-acute and chronic stages of cerebral infarction, FA of lesions unrecovered declined.
