Comparing with that in July, water content of leaves in differenttreatments in August decreased by 18.06%, 2.57%, 4.82% and 9.94%, respectively.In August and September, diurnal average Tr under different treatments (light,medium, heavy and no soil water stress conditions ) are 80.90 mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1)、76.37mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1)、65.46 mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1)、42.11 mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1) and 40.60mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1)、33.92 mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1)、30.44 mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1)、23.29 mmolh_2Om~(-2)s~(-1),respectively. It shows that the Tr of Atriplex canescens leaves takes a tendency ofdeclining under long-term soil water stress conditions.

同功酶电泳图谱显示，1℃组与室温组黑龙江林蛙肝脏LDH酶活性差异不显著，均以LDH-5为主，但1℃组LDH-1显著高于室温组(P＜0.05)，推测黑龙江林蛙为适应低温低氧环境，增强LDH-1酶活性以较好的利用乳酸，避免因大量乳酸形成造成肝脏疲劳；而1℃组肝脏G6PDH酶活性无显著变化，进一步说明低温条件下葡萄糖戊糖途径和糖酵解作用的互相协调，维持机体代谢的稳定；1℃组和室温组EST总酶比活力无显著变化，但1℃组中R_f=0.17和R_f=0.72的EST同工酶显著升高(P＜0.05)，推测在低温条件下黑龙江林蛙可能通过选择性增强部分酯酶同功酶活性，增加肝脏酯类物质代谢，为机体提供维持生命必需的最低能量。

Our results indicated that (1)SO_2 derivatives could dose-dependently relax the isolated aorta rings with or without endothelium precontracted by NE, no difference was found for the rings with and without endothelium;(2)Levels of cAMP and 6-Keto(PGI_2) in isolated aortic rings were increased by SO_2 derivatives in a dose-dependent way, which were independent of endothelium;(3)SO_2 derivatives decreased cGMP levels in the rings, but not significantly; The decrease of cGMP levels was also independent of endothelium;(4)No changes of TXB_2 in rings with or without endothelium were observed;(5)Whether presence or absence of endothelium, cAMP/cGMP and 6-Keto/TXB_2 ratios were increased significantly.
