In the treatments in July, theaccumulative and average value of daily Pn from high to low is: light soil water stress＞no soil water stress＞medium soil water stress＞heavy soil water stress, the valueare 7.162μmolm~(-2)s~(-1)、6.106μmolm~(-2)s~(-1)、6.103μmolm~(-2)s~(-1) and 1.761μmolm~(-2)s~(-1), respectively. In the treatments in August, the accumulative and average value ofdaily Pn from high to low is: light soil water stress＞medium soil water stress＞heavy soil water stress＞no soil water stress, the value are 7.378μmolm~(-2)s~(-1)、4.738μmolm~(-2)s~(-1)、1.794μmolm~(-2)s~(-1) and 1.705μmolm~(-2)s~(-1), respectively.

The paper fristly compared the fertile soil with the incinerated sterile soil on the number of micro-algae , soil pH value , soil organic matter soil available phosphorus and soil nitrogen.And then, the author put fertile soil, which included micro-algae, proportionally into sterile samples and cultivated them respectively under illumination condition (micro-algae can live and reproduce)and dark condition(micro-algae will die in some time).The above indices were measured in 0, 30, 60 and 90days respectively, The analyse of the interrelation between the change of micro-algae"s number and the changes of soil pH value, soil organic matter, soil available phosphorus and soil nitrogen indicated:Soil micro-algae which were native to fertile soil conld adapt to the changed circumstance and light acted as a decisive role to the distribution of soil micro-algae.Under dark condition,the micro-algae"s number declined gradually and went to zero in the end,while under illumination condition ,on the 90th day, the micro-algaes number of per gramme was 6-7 times more than that of the beginning.

本文首先对肥沃土壤与经高温焚烧后的贫瘠土壤中的微藻数量、土壤pH值、有机质含量、有效磷含量和全氮量进行比较研究，然后将包含微藻的绿化苗圃地肥土按不同比例接种进入贫瘠土样中，分别在光照条件和黑暗条件下进行培养，在0天、30天、60天和90天分别检测以上指标，比较有光条件和无光条件下，即有藻条件和无藻条件下贫瘠土样所发生的变化，并分别对微藻数量的变化与土壤pH值、有机质含量、有效磷含量和全氮量的变化之间做相关性分析，以评估肥沃土壤中的微藻接种进入贫瘠土壤后的生长情况以及对贫瘠土壤的改良作用。

In this study, we argue that the obligatoriness of le is not due to the necessary realization of T within the verbless clauses and the parametric variation. We, adopting Shen's (2004) and Lin's (2006) frameworks, postulate that le in verbless clauses is actually more like an aspect, denoting "change of slate", and we argue that it is the "perfect" meaning implying "change of stale" that licenses the Chinese verbless constructions.

我们因而提出「NP-了」句式中「了」的出现并非因为时式实现之公要性来允准「无动式副词子句」，反之我们依据Shen (2004)和Lin(2006)的理论视句末「了」为表示「状态变化」的完成体，此「无动式副词子句」事实上是由「状态变化」的语意来允准，这也解释了为何同属於完成体的「过」也可存在於此种「无动式别词子句」。

One was that research objects were ruleless and dishevelled. Another was that research target was reducing Ommission Error of change parcel. The Distance Discriminate Analysis was meliorated in the paper to get better recognizing effect. One was turning the question of change parcel to the question of standard land type. Another was making strict regulation. This improved Distance Discriminate Analysis is not only visual and briefness, but also easy operational.

在设计变化地块识别的判决函数时，本文针对变化地块识别工作的特殊性：1、以无规律性、无集群性的变更地块为研究对象；2、以降低变更地块的漏判率为目标，对距离判别法做了如下改良：1、将无规律、无集群性的变更地块识别问题转化为有规律、有集群性的地类识别问题；2、严格判类规则(将落入误判高发区的待测样本视为变更地块)，以减少变更地块的漏判。

Results Compared with that of Group HES, the extravascular lung water of Group Albumin was obviously increased in (P.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups both in PO2 and in RI at any of the time points.

结果 白蛋白组术后12、24 h 血管外肺水显著高于贺斯组（P.05）；血管外肺水两组术后不同时间点PO2的变化无明显差异；两组术后不同时间点氧合指数的变化无明显差异。

For further understanding the effect of the strain on K-bearing silicate mineral, an experiment with KO2 strain cultured in nitrogen-containing and nitrogen-free medium was conducted. By putting mineral powders into the medium and measuring the concentration of capsular polysaccharides, we concluded that the strain can accelerate the weathering rate of silicate minerals. The results showed that the polysaccharides secreted by the strain in the growth process could help the bacterial to adhere to the mineral surface effectively, and created the bacterium-mineral complex, which formed a mircro-enviorment avail the release of potassium. Another result was that there was higher level of Carbonic Anhydrase activity, which revealed that some exo-protein or enzyme produced by the bacterial had postive impact on the process of releasing potassium ion. We carried out the bacterial fermentation for larger scale production of the bacterial secretion, which was used to sperate, and identify the small molecules related to the mineral-bacterial interaction. After the analysis, it was found that the strain can produce many kinds of small molecules, such as 2-Hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid, methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, etc.

分别将菌株接入含有不同矿粉的培养基中培养，检测其在有氮、无氮培养基中荚膜多糖含量的变化，并在以钾长石和黑云母为矿源的情况下，比较研究了菌株在有氮、无氮培养基中对矿物的风化能力，通过一系列的实验，证实胶质芽孢杆菌在生长过程中所分泌的粘稠胞外聚糖可帮助细菌有效黏附在矿物表面，形成细菌-矿物复合体，并改变及维持该复合体内部的微环境，有助于该菌的解钾作用，而且细菌分泌的胞外蛋白质在该菌对含钾硅酸盐矿物的解钾作用过程中发挥重要作用；将胶质芽孢杆菌接入以钾长石和黑云母为矿源的有氮、无氮培养基中培养，检测到该菌碳酸酐酶活性的变化，并进行批量发酵后小分子酸性分泌产物的提取、分离、纯化与鉴定等方面的研究，结果表明，该菌可产生2-羟基苯甲酸，4-羟基苯乙酸，4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯等小分子物质。

ANP and CX43 began to express at 2nd week after induction and increased gradually,about 60% of the resulting myogenic cells were positive at 4th week after induction ,they were negative for uninduced cells.hMSCs'surface antigen profiles obtained by Flow Cytometry were negative for CD31\CD34\CD45 before and after induction,but CD90 expressed higher after induction while was weak positive before induction(P.05). Apotosis index was correlated with the cultural time after induction,The apoptosis rate of induced hMSCs was remarkably higher than control group(P.01),and the variation between groups was notable(P.05),the cell cycle analysis showed that the percentages of G_0/G_1phases were reduced significantly after induction. The expresstion levels ofβ-MHC and CTNT mRNA were undetectable before induction,began to increase at 1st、4th week after induction,reached the peak at 6th week and decreased after that,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA varied regularly after treated with 5-azacytidine. hMSCs'resting membrane potential、range and rate of depolarization were heightened gradually after being induced.

结果：hMSCs诱导前为纺锤形，诱导后第2天部分细胞即开始发生形变，呈球形或短棒状，1周后胞浆中颗粒增多，约20～30%细胞边缘呈毛刷样变化；hMSCs表面抗原CD31、CD34、CD45在诱导前后差异无统计学意义，CD90未诱导时表达呈弱阳性，诱导后明显增高(P.05)；ANP和CX43在诱导前无表达，诱导后第2周开始表达且表达随时间逐渐增强，但CX43在诱导后第5周表达量开始降低。hMSCs诱导后凋亡指数随诱导后培养时间增加，低浓度诱导组低于标准浓度诱导组，组间差异有统计学意义(P.05)，G_0/G_1期细胞比例诱导后较对照组显著减少(P.05)；β-MHC和CTNT基因分别在诱导后第1周和第4周时表达开始增强，在第6周时均达到高峰，第8周时表达开始衰减，Bcl-2、Bax基因表达呈时间依赖性变化，hMSCs经诱导后随心肌样细胞特征的表达膜静息电位、去极化幅值和去极化速率逐渐增高。

MAP and SVR in both groups changed unsignificantly changes at 0.5 MAC,while decreased obviously at 0.75 MAC and 1.0 MAC.No sigificant changes of HR,CVR and CI in two groups occurred at each MAC.

两组的MAP、SVR在0.5MAC时与基础值相比无显著变化，在0.75MAC及1.0MAC时相比基础值明显下降，而两组的HR、CVP、CI在不同MAC时与基础值相比均无显著变化。

In the whole experiment , the general state of rats were observed such as spirit, appetite, activity, fur, weight, death, and any clinical situation that is possible. And weight changes were observed. On the 14th , 28th and 45th day.

实验全程观察大鼠生活状态如活泼程度、毛发、饮水量、进食量的变化，有无出血、腹泻、死亡，有无其它异常情况；同时监测大鼠体质量变化。

Result 3.1 Ultrasound result We amended the criterrion little which Hitachicommpany offered. According as the criterion, it is 1 score if liver tissues have notdifference of elasticity and there are green in the region of interest. It is 2 score ifliver tissues have not significance difference of elasticity and there are blue in greenin the region of interest. It is 3 score if liver tissues have difference of elasticity andthere are green in the region of interest of normal liver tissues and blue in the region of interest of abnormal liver tissues. After examination, we anatomised rats and gotliver tissues for pathologic checkout.

结果 3.1超声检查情况根据日立公司提供的评分标准，稍做修改，将肝组织弹性无差异，取样框内颜色均为绿色，评为1分；肝组织弹性无明显差异，取样框中颜色为绿色中微微带点蓝色，评为2分；肝组织弹性有差异，取样框内正常肝组织弹性变化为绿色，病变肝组织弹性变化为蓝色，评为3分。
