In the view of above-mentioned reasons, two new technologies were researched and developed by changing the distribution of heating units, the construction of furnace and relevant processing parameters in this paper. One of the technologies is multi-core heat technology for fabricating polytype industry SiC products, another is reactant heat without core for synthesizing SiC with high performance and added value at low cost by common industry raw materials.
