The leaf epidermis structures of 6 species of Rhododendron had been observed under LM and SEM. The results show that all share together common features as follows: the leaf blades are typical back-abdomen bifacial types, the upper epidermis are formed by two or three layer bigger cells which inside layer cell is bigger than outside one, and the upper epidermis are covered with thicker cuticle.

利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了6种杜鹃属植物的叶片结构，结果表明，它们具有共同形态结构特征：典型的异面叶，上表皮由2~3层细胞组成，内大外小或内、外等大，有较厚的角质膜，无气孔器分布；下表皮均由1层细胞组成，排列紧密；栅栏组织由2层以上长柱形细胞组成，排列紧密；海绵组织细胞较短，排列较疏松，细胞间隙较大；均有表皮附属物。

There were only 94 vascular plant species, belonging to 50 family and 75 genera. The dominant species in the communities were deciduous broadleaf species Liquidambar formosana, Robinia pseudoacacia, Ailanthus altissima, Acer buergerianum, and Celtis sinensis, evergreen broadleaf species Cinnamomum camphora and Elaeocarpus glabripetalus, and Phyllostachys heterocycla. Robinia pseudoacacia+Cinnamomum camphora community had the highest Shannon-Wiener index (1757) and Phyllostachys heterocycla+Acer buergerianum community had the highest Simpson index (0163), but no consistency was observed between the curves of H and D. For vertical structure, most communities had no significant understory stratification.

结果表明：辰山植物区系以泛热带和北温带占优势，具有典型亚热带和温带成分交汇和南北植物分布交错特征；但保育区内种类单一，维管束植物仅有49科69属94种；主要群落是以枫香、刺槐、臭椿、三角枫和朴树等为优势树种的落叶阔叶林，以香樟和秃瓣杜英等为优势树种的常绿阔叶林，以及毛竹林；物种多样性普遍较低，Shannon-Wiener多样性指数最高为刺槐+香樟群落（1.757），Simpson均匀度指数最高值为毛竹+三角枫群落（0.163）；多样性指数曲线和均匀度指数曲线不具有一致性的变化趋势；多数群落垂直结构中无明显林下分层现象；演替前期的落叶乔木种群后续个体不足。

Result The flexibility of the scaffold material was powerful. The load-elongation curve of the mechanical testing was similar to that of ACL, the maximum load, the ultimate stress and the Young's modulus of the scaffold materials were 52.61 N, 14.96 MPa and 202.08 MPa respectively. Human ACL cells displayed the representative characteristercs of the ligamentous fibroblasts, and synthesized extracellular matrix, such as type Ⅰand Ⅲ collagen protein. The scaffold materials had no cytotoxicity. Human ACL cells adhered, grew and proliferated well both on the surface and in the holes of the scaffold materials.

Results There were 8 angiomyolipomas, 2 leiomyomas, 2 multilocular cystic nephromas, 1 hemangioma and 1 mesoblastic nephroma. Only multilocular cystic nephroma and leiomyoma have special characteristics that can be determined from RCC.

典型的平滑肌瘤和多囊性肾瘤在CT上有可与肾癌鉴别的特征性表现：平滑肌瘤为规则圆形，边界清楚，密度均匀，CT值略高于肾实质，无钙化，弱强化；多囊性肾瘤为边界清楚的包块，可见边缘锐利含多个分隔的肿块，分隔之间为囊腔，囊内容物的CT值与水相似或稍高，而错构瘤、海绵状血管瘤、慢性肾脓肿、中胚层肾瘤在CT上无法与肾癌鉴别。
