Phenyl or m -tolyl selenoamides reacted with functionalized α-haloacetic acid in 1∶1 or 1∶2 molar ratio with no catalyst in various alcohols to undergo a selenium transfer reaction. This reaction in dif-ferent molar ratios furnished the same C—Se—Se—C coupling products with a special structure bis diselenide. A new and facile method for synthesis of such bis(alkoxycarbonyl-methyl) diselenides with the advantages of mild reaction conditions, high yields, easy availability of starting materials and good chemical selectivity was provided.

With determining and comparing the result of the output of chlorine dioxide, the purity of chlorine dioxide, the rate of chlorine dioxide, the capacity of active chlorine and the output of chlorine generated by positive pressure type chlorine dioxide generator under different pressure, this paper draws the conclusion that the effect of pressure to aerogenesis efficiency of chlorine dioxide generator is indistinctive when the pressure is in the range of 0～0.6M Pa.

Using modified apple fruit RNA extraction method based on CTAB by adding a step of using KAc and absolute ethanol to precipitate pectin, high-quality total RNA was extracted from the leaf and the inflorescence of jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.). The yields of total RNA were 74.7 μg/g FW for the leaf and 31.6 μg/g FW for the inflorescence.
