In the last chapter, the thesis makes a comparison and study between the South Shizhu and the North Shizhu by analysing the different academic atmoshere at that time and the social background. The thesis reveals the North Shizhu's great contributions to the recovery and development of politics, economy and culture of northern China, to the speeding up of assimilation and feudalization of the minority nationaties at that time, and to the speeding up of great melting of the northern nationalities.

It is divided into three parts.
