Chapter Ⅱ Xenopus Tbx6 Mediates Presomatic Mesoderm Cell Adhesion during Somitogenesis As a member of T-box gene family, Tbx6 is involved in somite cell fate decision and endows adhesion properties to mesoderm cells.

ResultsMorphological features with diagnostic value were established as follows:①Irregular or round-mesh basket type nucleolus;②Malformed nucleus and lobate nucleus with fine bridge;③Perinuclear microfilaments;④Nuclear bodies;⑤Nuclear inclusion bodies;⑥Marked cell pleomorphism arranged irregularly,like a disordered stone pavement;⑦Strange cell and/or giant cancer cell were found;⑧Peculiar papillae or cell clusters were formed;⑨Specific function structure on the surface of cell differentiated poorly.

结果 确定了具有诊断意义的形态学特征：①不规则奇形核仁或网孔状核仁；②畸形核，分叶核伴细桥－核间桥形成；③核旁微丝；④核体；⑤核包涵体；⑥细胞重度多形性，排列紊乱，似乱石铺堆；⑦出现奇形细胞和/或癌巨细胞；⑧形成奇形乳头和奇形细胞簇；⑨细胞表面特异功能结构分化不良。

objective the purpose of this study was to summarize our experience of the application of internal rigid fixation with miniplate to treatment of mandibular fractures.methods a retrospective analyisis of clinical data of 67 cases,who had experienced the anatomic reduction and rigid fixation by using miniplate.with the help of maxillomandibular distraction pre operation and post operation and temporary maxillomandibular fixation during operation,the fracture bones were smoothly reduced and fixed.results clinical and radiographic examination showed that all cases gained good clinical results and precise anatomic alignment of fracture postoperatively without infection,malocclusion,bone malunion or other complications.conclusion mocortical miniplate fixation of the mandible is a reliable and effective techinique providing rigid fixation and an ideal modality for the treatment of mandibular fractures.combined with maxillomandibular fixation.

对67例下颌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾总结，所有患者应用小型接骨板行坚固内固定治疗。其中7例颏部骨折，12例颏旁骨折，16例颏孔区骨折，9例体部多发性骨折，5例体部粉碎性骨折；18例合并其他部位骨折。所有患者术前经临床检查和影像学检查明确骨折的位置和骨折线的数目后，分段牙弓夹板结扎、颌间弹性牵引，使移位的骨折段逐渐复位；术中经口内切开复位、细钢丝颌间结扎、小型接骨板坚固内固定；术后行临床检查和影像学复查，必要时颌间弹性牵引7～10 d。结果所有患者手术切口ⅰ期愈合，治疗效果满意；临床检查所有患者牙合关系良好、面部对称；影像学复查证实骨折线对位良好。结论经口内切开小型接骨板坚固内固定辅以颌间固定治疗下颌骨骨折效果可靠，术后并发症少，是一种理想的手术方法。

Results A dense accumulation of fos and jun-positive neurons exhibited in the PVN, SON and DG, and some of fos and jun-positive neurons were also present in other hypothalamus and hippocampus areas including parvocellular PVN, dorsomedial nucleus and lateral hypothalamic area.

结果 游泳应激结束后3h，室旁核和视上核及齿状区内可见密集深染的c-fos和c-jun阳性细胞，室旁核小细胞部，背内侧核等区域亦有疏密不一的阳性胞体。

In the forebrain, orexin B immunoreactive neurons mainly localized in the preoptic area,anterior hypothalamic area,periventricular and paraventricular nuclei,posterior hypothalamic area,dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus,lateral hypothalamic area, perifornical area,zona incerta,mammillary area and so on.

在前脑orexin B免疫阳性神经元胞体主要分布于视前区、下丘脑前区、室旁核、室周核、后区、背内侧核、外侧区、穹隆周核、未定带、乳头体核等部位。

The results showed that in addition to ACTH_(1-39)-immunoreactive neurons found in the infundibular nucleus of the hypothalamus which were identical with the previous reports, negafivt ACTH_(1-39)immunoreactive neurons were also found in paraventricular and supraoptic nuclei.

结果表明除了在下丘脑漏斗核观察到的ACTH_(1-39)免疫反应神经元胞体和以往文献报道一致外，在室旁核、视上核内也有ACTH_(1-39)免疫反应细胞体。

Results: ADC in MS group was increased in all regions of NAWM compared to controls(P＜0.05),significantly higher in the body of corpus callosum, internal capsule, periventricular WM, frontal WM, parietal WM and occipital WM(P＜0.01). FA value in MS group was decreased in the body of corpus callosum, internal capsule, periventricular WM, frontal WM, parietal WM and occipital WM(P＜0.05), the genu and splenium of CC,middle cerebellar peduncle showed an insignificant trend of lower FA.

When aborted rats in group E were treated with the dose of 50 IU/g IFN-γ, expression of TNF-αin this group was compared with the other four groups, the results were as follows: Compared with group A, the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus pre-opticus mango celluaris, nucleus periventricularis hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami and pars intermedia had a highly expression of TNF-α, in the other nuclei of hypothalamus, neurohypophsis and adenohypophysis, the change was not significantly, the expression of TNF-αin follicle and corpus luteum were decreased distinctly, the variation in uterus was slight and no difference was exsited; Compared with group B, the expression of TNF-αin nucleus nucleus lateralis hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami, adenohypophysis and uterus presented a remarkable enhancement, conversely, the TNF-αexpression in the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus pre-opticus suprachiasmaticus, nucleus supra-opticus, nucleus pre-opticus mango celluaris, nucleus periventricularis hypothalami, nucleus paraventricularis hypothalami, neurohypophsis, follicle and corpus luteum had been significantly decreased; Compared with group C, the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami, adenohypophysis, pars intermedia and uterus had upregulated the expression of TNF-α, however, it was decreased in the nucleus periventricularis hypothalami and corpus luteum; When compared with group D, the expression of TNF-αin nucleus lateralis hypothalami, nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, pituitary, follicle and ovary stroma were obviously enhanced, while in the nucleus supra-opticus and nucleus arcuatus hypothalami, the situation was definitely opposite, in the other parts, the change was not significant.

外源腹腔注射50 IU/g IFN-γ后，同A组相比：E组TNF-α免疫阳性产物在下丘脑视前内侧核、视前大细胞核、室周核、腹内侧核、背内侧核、弓状核、垂体中间部显著增高，在下丘脑其它核团、神经垂体、垂体前叶较A组差异不显著，在卵泡、黄体中阳性产物表达均较A组显著降低，在子宫中表达较A组变化不明显；同B组相比：E组TNF-α免疫阳性产物在下丘脑外侧核、腹内侧核、弓状核、垂体前叶、子宫均显著增高，在视前内侧核、视交叉上核、视上核、视前大细胞核、室周核、室旁核、神经垂体、卵泡、黄体中阳性物质表达均显著降低；同C组相比：E组下丘脑视前内侧核、腹内侧核、背内侧核、弓状核、垂体前叶与中间部、子宫均显著增高，在室周核、黄体中均显著降低；同D组相比：E组下丘脑外侧核、背内侧核、腹内侧核、垂体各部、卵泡、卵巢基质均显著增高，在视上核、弓状核显著降低，在其它部位表达变化差异不显著。
