结果表明，ADPG焦磷酸化酶和淀粉分支酶是春玉米淀粉合成的关键酶；施纯氮200 kg/hm2处理是提高春玉米ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性和提高本育9、平安18、四单19 Q酶活性的最佳处理；施纯氮100 kg/hm2处理是提高丰禾10Q酶活性的最佳处理。
