Under the circumstances, this dissertation chooses the key problem in urban traffic signal control-signal timing parameters and optimization methods as its research target. This dissertation is consisted of introduction, run characteristic analyze of mixed traffic flow, collection of database, canalization design, design of signal phase, optimization methods of signal timing parameters of mixed traffic, and conclusion and expectation.

在这种背景下，本论文选择城市交通控制系统的核心问题——信号配时参数及其优化方法作为主要研究内容，包括绪论、混合交通流运行特性分析、数据采集与分析、渠化设计及信号相位设计、混合交通流信号配时优化方法研究和全文总结与展望六部分内容。

This dissertation firstly introduces the content, core concept as well as the development of 6 sigma management method and analyzes the theory of using 6 sigma to improve bank's competitiveness; then it summarizes the experience of oversea bank on practicing 6 sigma management method based on the illustrations of Bank of America and City banking group; Next it goes to the necessities and feasibilities of 6 sigma management for domestic banking sector, indicating the strategic goals and significance for domestic banks to implement 6 sigma management; Finally, it discusses the way to implement 6 sigma management and relevant factors, including the barriers of technology, management and culture which are confronted by domestic banks during the implementation of 6 sigma management; the role and function of 6 sigma management in the ongoing domestic banking sector reform; the strategy and process to implement 6 sigma management system; the way to launch 6 sigma projects.

本文首先介绍了六西格玛管理方法的内涵、核心理念及其在国内外的发展状况，并对六西格玛管理方法提升银行竞争力进行了原理分析；然后以美洲银行和花旗银行为例，归纳总结了六西格玛管理法在国外银行业的实践经验与对国内银行的启示；结合我国金融体制改革和加入世贸组织后的市场开放，系统论证了我国银行业实施六西格玛法的必要性与可行性，指出了国内银行实施六西格玛管理方法的战略目标和战略意义，最后，结合国内银行的实际运营与管理情况探讨了六西格玛管理方法的实现方式，包括国内银行实施六西格玛管理所面临的技术、管理和文化障碍；六西格玛管理在国内银行现行改革中的地位和作用；国内银行实施六西格玛管理的原则、策略和步骤；六西格玛项目的操作方法研究。

In the paper, a series of metallorganic compounds have been studied by the quantum-chemical calculation with proper basis sets, including:1. a series of carbonyl complexes.2. dibenzene chromium and its derivatives3. ferrocene and its derivatives4. a series of metallic complexes with acetylacetoneWe optimized the geometric configurations of a series carbonyl complexes including Ni4 Fe5, Cr6 with density functional theory B3LYP method at the different levels and confirmed the stable geometry by vibrational analyses. Then we calculated the nuclear magnetic resonance spectra with GIAO method provided by GAUSSION98 program at the different levels.

本文用量子化学计算程序，用密度泛函B3LYP方法，在恰当基组水平上，用GAUSSIAN98程序提供的GIAO方法研究了系列金属有机化合物的核磁共振谱：一、羰基配合物系列：二、二苯铬及其衍生物系列：三、二茂铁及其衍生物系列：四、乙酰丙酮的配合物系列：我们用密度泛函B3LYP方法，在不同基组水平上对第一过渡系羰基化合物的系列配合物进行了结构优化，通过振动分析确定其稳定构型，然后再用密度泛函B3LYP方法在不同基组水平上，用GAUSSIAN98程序提供的GIAO方法计算其核磁共振谱。

We review domestic and abroad research progresses of epilepsy by nonlinear dynamical theory and method, which include dynamical interpretation of epileptic pathogenesis, analysis of dynamical characteristic quantity of EEG signals during interictal and ictal stage, foundation of prediction mechanism and system.

objective to investigate staining methods for two-dimensional gel(2-de)electrophoresis in multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.methods cultured vincristine-resistant human gastric cancer cell line sgc7901/vcr and its parental cell line sgc7901.variant amount protein of those cells were separated by 2-de.gels were stained with silver nitrate or colloidal coomassie brilliant blue,and scanned by image scanner.results well-resolved,reproducible 2-de patterns of sgc7901/vcr and sgc7901 were established.silver staining was better when protein sample amount was low,overloaded protein will interfere resolution of the maps.gels stained with colloidal coomassie brilliant blue had more protein spots numbers and abundance without apparent trails when increased loading protein sample.conclusion two staining methods were influenced largely by the sum of protein samples,properly selection may be helpful for further study with proteomics in multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.

低甲氧基果胶的胶凝机理及防止预凝胶。。。他扎罗汀凝胶与克林霉素凝胶治疗痤疮。。。注射隆乳后经乳晕切口取出聚丙烯酰胺。。。目的分析利用蛋白质组学方法研究胃癌耐药相关蛋白质中双向电泳凝胶的染色显示。方法培养胃癌细胞sgc7901和长春新碱诱导的耐药胃癌细胞sgc7901/vcr，用双向凝胶电泳技术分离总蛋白，银染及胶体考马斯亮蓝染色，image scanner扫描仪扫描凝胶。结果获得了背景清晰、重复性好的双向凝胶电泳图谱，两种染色凝胶相比，硝酸银染色在样品少时显示更佳，过量则影响图像质量，而胶体考马斯亮蓝染色在上样量增加时的凝胶蛋白质点数目及丰度均增加，并无明显拖尾。结论两种显色方法受样品量影响较大，恰当选用有利于通过蛋白质组学研究胃癌耐药机制工作的进一步开展。

The Geographic Information System theory as a guide, point-set topology theory as basis, this paper uses object-oriented method to study on profile-based three-dimensional topological data model and data structure. By use of computational geometry, GIS, computer graphics images, 3DGM, the construction and dynamic updating methods of 3DGM are researched on the basis of amended OO-Solid data model.
