objective study on the nature of medicine and biology of medpor plasty plate,and its clinical results and pinna support in reconsurction of auricleⅰstage.methods 25cases with congenital absense of auricle were operated useing medpor plasty pinna support.results twelve five cases were successfcelly.the pinna support were easy to process,not easy to be out of shape,no toxin,and its histocomitibility was good.conclusion it is sugˉgested that using medpor plasty to be pinna support iyas good for reconstruction of auricle.

目的 探讨使用一种新材料medpor支架医学生物学性能及其在耳廓再造术中的临床应用效果。方法 25例先天性小耳廓畸形采用medpor为支架行ⅰ期耳廓再造术。结果25例耳廓再造皆成功，耳廓支架易加工，不易变形，无毒，与组织相容性良好。结论采用medpor材料作为耳廓再造的支架是可行的新材料。它无须切取自体肋软骨之苦，既能缩短手术时间，立体感又强，微细结构清晰。

Methods From pregnancy to parturition, we used different magnetic dosage to expose pregnant rats. 10 weeks later, we measured liver and kidney function of filial generation rats and metabolic biochemical indexes of glucide, fat, protein and nucleic acid, then changes of these indexes were analyzed to estimate the magnetic hazard.

方法］用恒定磁场(0.4T)每日0.5、1、2h暴磁处理SD受孕母鼠至仔鼠出生，仔鼠继续饲养至10周，检测仔鼠的肝功能、肾功能以及糖类、脂类、蛋白质、核酸代谢的相关生化指标，据此分析磁场对大鼠生理有无影响，判断磁场是否对大鼠有害。

Methods］ninety femal sd rats,weight 230～280 gram,were rangdonmized into three groups: qiangguyin group,miacalcic group and control group.all rats were variectomized.after 10 weeks,the osteoporosis model succeed,the treatment group,contrast group were given qiangguyin,miacalcic respectively.the treatment group used qiangguyin everyday,1ml/g.the contrast group used miacalcic 0.72u/kg,everyday hyodermic.and 3,4.5,6 months after the treatment,kill 10 rats to explore.the neck of femur were cut and stined with masson golder trichrome for bone histomorphomemetric contrast group analysis.

方法］健康雌性sd大鼠90只，体重230～280g。随机分为3组，分别为治疗组、对照组和空白组，每组30只。分别采取切除双侧卵巢方法进行骨质疏松造模，10周造模成功后，开始给药，治疗组用自拟强骨饮灌胃，每日一次，每次1ml/g，对照组用密盖息，皮下注射，每日1次，每次0.72u/kg。空白组，不做处理。在给药后3、4.5、6个月每组各取10只大鼠进行检测，先测量体重，空气栓塞处死，分离股骨颈，获得股骨颈样本，经切片等处理后，显微镜下作骨形态计量学检测。

Methods:5Fliorouracil was added to culture medium of BGC823 gastric cancer cells and continuously cultured for 5h or 10h,then the human gastric cancer cells were stained with haematoxylin Eosin、dyed with immunohistochemical method and acid Ulead citrate,which was observed under light and electiom microscope.

objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。
