objective: the clinical date of 60 cases of early syphilis were analyzed.and summed up with the morbid condition ,types of tetter and therapeutic effect.method:all patients were divided into four groups and offered benzathine benzylpenicillin,ceftriaxone, tetracycline and azithromycin respectively.result: the cure risks of the groups treated with benzathine benzylpenicillin or ceftriaxone were all 100 percent, and no repellency in serum of the patients treated with ceftriaxone, the cure risks of the groups treated with tetracycline or azithromycin were all 80 percent.conclusion : it is indicated that benzathine benzylpenicillin and ceftriaxone were all of the best effective drugs.

目的：对60例早期梅毒患者发病情况、皮疹类型、治疗效果进行临床分析和总结。方法：分别采用苄星青霉素、头孢曲松、四环素及阿奇霉素治疗。结果：苄星青霉素、头孢曲松组，临床治愈100%，头孢曲松组无血清学抵抗，四环素、阿奇霉素临床治愈80%。

Objective:to study the epidemiologic characteristic of mortality of malignant tumors in zhongshan city.method:selecting the investigated datum of mortality of malignant tumor in zhongshan city as sample uses sas statistics software to analyse and forecast the mortality by time series.results:morlality of male malignant tumor and both male and female malignant tumour showed the risen trend from 1970 to 1989.the trend will be kept in future.both will be separately risen to 121.05/105 and 83.92/105 in 2 000.mortality of female malignant tumour will be kept in about 43.59/105 in 2000.couclusion:mortality of both male and female malignant tumor takes on the trend of diffirent change.the male showed risen trend;the female showed the fluctuation of non-trend random.rising mortality of malignant tumor greatly threaden the crowd health.

目的：研究中山市恶性肿瘤死亡率的流行学特点，为制定防治计划提供依据。方法：以中山市恶性肿瘤死亡率调查资料为样本，应用sas统计分析软件对恶性肿瘤死亡率进行时间序列分析与预测。结果：1970～1989年男性恶性肿瘤死亡率和男女合计恶性肿瘤死亡率均呈现上升趋势且有继续保持的趋势。到2000年将分别上升为121.05/10万和83.92/10万左右；女性恶性肿瘤死亡率呈现无趋势的随机波动且将继续保持下去，到2000年保持在43.59/10万左右。结论：中山市男女恶性肿瘤死亡率呈不同变化趋势，男性恶性肿瘤死亡率呈现上升的趋势，女性恶性肿瘤死亡率呈现无趋势的随机波动。恶性肿瘤死亡率的上升对人群的健康构成重大威胁。

Methods One hundred and twenty cases (165 ears) of tinnitus and/or hearing loss were differentiated into five syndrome patterns according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine: invasion of wind-heat, liver-fire up-stirring, stagnation of phlegm-fire, kidney-essence deficiency and weakness of spleen-stomach. Hearing threshold of pure-tone, function test above hearing threshold and matching of tinnitus frequency and loudness were carried out in all cases and the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.

方法］选择具有典型中医证候表现的耳鸣耳聋患者120例（165耳），经传统方法辨证为风热侵袭、肝火上扰、痰火郁结、脾胃虚弱、肾精亏损5个证型，分别进行纯音听阈测试、阈上功能测试、耳鸣频率及响度匹配，数据经SPSS软件进行统计学处理。
