Along with the evolution of the theory of CIM, the need to intellectualize CIM systems raises. Accordingly, the need to intellectualize enterprise modelling architectures also brings forward. By the research of the 1st chapter, the author discovers that there are three areas in an enterprise modelling architecture can introduce intellectual techniques, viz. modelling framework, modelling method and simulation. Whereas most architectures, such as CIMOSA, ARIS, GIM and PERA, can not satisfy the above-mentioned requirements.

本文系统综述小冲杆试验的测量技术及从测量数据来确定材料弹塑性参数的各种经验方法和计算方法，例如有限元分析和参数法、反向有限元法、有限元和反方法、反向识别和人工神经网络、有限元优化和试验变形形状以及杂交反方法等。

The results indicate that the inverse distance weighted and kriging interpolation methods are more suitable than the function method and statistical method. And the validity of calibration is influenced by the type and quality of external data. When the external data is precise and regular, the result will be the best.

By carrying out ~1H spin-diffusion experiments,the domain sizes of DNA in the complexes were determined.The domain size of DNA is found to decrease greatly when the N/P ratio changes from 0.5 to 3 and changes only slightly with further increase of the N/P ratio.After making a thorough analysis and discussion on drug control release and gene delivery systems with general NMR techniques,we presents a method of 1D PFG NMR technique to realize quick observation on the Mw change of polymer during its degradation process.Moreover,according to the inverse Laplace transformation theory and based on a function of diffusivity distribution of polymer in solution,2D PFG NMR technique is developed to measure the Mw distribution of polymer.Combined with Monte Carlo simulation,the degradation mechanism can be figured out.

从发展新的核磁共振方法，拓展核磁技术应用范围的角度来看，本文首次提出了采用一维脉冲梯度场技术快速测量降解过程中聚合物的分子量变化的新方法；并首次将Monte Carlo模拟与PFG实验结果进行了关联分析，从而不仅可以实时观测体系分子量的变化，而且可以对体系的降解机理进行深入分析；首次将延伸型指数函数引入对自扩散曲线的拟合，并通过反拉普拉斯变换，建立了一种实时测量聚合物体系分子量分布的新方法；首次将固体核磁共振的研究方法，引入聚合物/DNA复合物体系的研究。
