Objective:to investigate the effect of damage control surgeryin the theatment ofacute mesenteric ischemia.methods: a retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of eight cases with ami treated by dcs from june 2006 to december 2007.results: operations were immediately performed in all eight patients with ami after final diagnosis,including six cases treated with different limitation of enterotomy; five with temporary abdominal closure and exteriorization of intestine,three with abdominal closure of venous nutrition transfusion container; seven with two-stage operation in different means.five cases survived or improved three died, one of which died two months after discharge due to short bowel syndrome.conclusion:it is very difficult to treat the ami patients owing to the restriction of technology and equipment.

目的：探讨损伤控制外科在治疗急性肠系膜缺血疾病中的应用。方法：对2006年6月~2007年12月应用dcs理念指导救治的8例急性肠系膜缺血疾病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：对8例急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病均于确诊后立即手术探查，其中6例做了不同范围的肠切除；5例做暂时关腹术加肠外置，3例用静脉营养输液袋关腹；7例进行不同方式的二期手术。本组5例痊愈或好转出院；3例死亡，其中1例为短肠综合征出院2个月后死亡。结论：在治疗急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病病人的治疗中，在许多医院因设备和技术等条件的限制，处理十分困难。

So in this thesis, Data Envelopment Analysis is adopted to carry out systematic research on the above problems.

本文正是基于上述考虑，运用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis，DEA)方法，对奥运会相关效率评价问题进行较为系统的研究。

Method］reversed sural neurofasciocutaneous flap with muscle was applied for repairing the soft tissue defect simultaneous open fracture of tibia lower section 6 cases,the soft tissue defect simultaneous chronic osteomyelitis of tibia lower section 5 case,the soft tissue defect of sole of foot simultaneous calcaneus epicarp 3 case, the soft tissue defect of sole of foot simultaneous calcaneus osteomyelitis or dead space 2 case. the scope of the flap was 18 c m×13 cm～11 c m×7 c m and that of the gastrocnemius flap was 4 cm×3 cm～9 c m×6 cm,the thickness was 1～3 cm,the skin flap was bigger than the muscle flap.

方法］自2004年6月以来，应用带肌肉的腓动脉穿支蒂腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下段及足踝部软组织缺损16例，其中胫骨下段开放性骨折伴软组织缺损6例，胫骨下段软组织缺损伴慢性骨髓炎5例，足后跟足底软组织缺损伴跟骨表层组织缺损3例，跟骨骨髓炎伴窦道2例，皮瓣面积30 cm×10 cm～6 cm× 4.5cm，切取的腓肠肌瓣面积4 cm×3 cm～9 cm×6 cm，肌肉厚度1～3 cm，皮瓣面积比肌瓣的面积要大。

With the competent germinating epicotyl of cotton as receptor in exogenous gene transformation, NPTII (neomycin phosphotransferase Ⅱ) gene carrying selection marker and GFP reporter gene were mediated into cotton by agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The pre-culture time, bacterial-immersing time, co-culture time and antibiotics concn., etc of using agrobacterium-mediated transformation in the transformation of competent germinating epicotyl of cotton were studied.
