With 16 hybrids and their parents and 202 skeleton inbred lines as the primers for screening materials, the artificial groups of 2 standard diad and 2 standard triplet were build resp. as the verification materials. Genomic DNA of seedlings was extracted by using CTAB method. 137 pairs of SSR primers were selected for SSR amplification and product detection, which was used in the parentage identification of maize varieties.

方法］以16个玉米杂交种及其双亲和202个骨干自交系为引物筛选材料，分别构建2个二联体亲子鉴定盲样和2个三联体亲子鉴定盲样，用CTAB法提取幼苗叶片DNA，选137对SSR引物进行玉米品种的亲子检测。

objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

Abstract］ objective to discuss the effect of tongxinluo capsule on withdraw of left ventricle diastole function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.methods forty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to 1∶1 proportion.the patients in treatment group accepted hypoglycemic drug plus tongxinluo capsule, tid, the period of treatment was three months.

目的 探讨通心络胶囊对2型糖尿病左室舒张功能减退的影响。方法 2型糖尿病患者40例，按1∶1比例随机分为两组，治疗组在常规降糖药物治疗的同时加用通心络胶囊4粒，3次/d，疗程为3个月。

本文运用教育心理学、教学论等分科理论与方法，重点分析高师公共课教育学存在的问题是：部分教师思想封闭、素质和教学水平不高，缺乏对角色职责的全面认识；不少师范生认识偏狭、学习能力差，缺乏学习的内部动力；教学内容空泛，缺乏针对性和适用性；教学方式、方法、手段呆板单一，缺乏灵活性和多样性；教学管理不够完善。

objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of expectorant mucosolvan aerosol inhalation in lower respiratory tract infections.method: 86 patients' clinical symptoms with lower respiratory tract infections were observed to identify the difference during the treatment.result: two groups efficiency comparison differentiae exits palpability (p.01), obvious side effect was not found in mucosolvan.conclusion: mucosolvan will be effective to treat lower respiratory tract infections, it's safe and reliable.

目的：评价祛痰剂沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法：观察 86例下呼吸道感染患者治疗治疗前后咳嗽、咳痰等临床症状的变化。结果：两组有效率比较差异有显著性(p.01)未发现沐舒坦有明显副作用。结论：沐舒坦治疗下呼吸道感染疗效确切安全可靠值得临床进一步推广使用。

The differential and partial wave scattering cross sections of Ne-H2(D2,T2) collisions have been calculated by close-coupling approximation method using Tang-Toennies potential model at the incident energy of 83.8 meV.

使用密耦近似（Close-Coupling）方法、采用Tang-Toennies势模型计算了惰性气体原子Ne与H2分子及同位素D2分子在碰撞能量为83.8 meV时的微分散射截面及分波截面，并与实验值和文献值进行比较。

Methods; 45 patients with pancreatic cancer were treated with HIFU for 262 person-times.Before treating,these patients have first taken a Chinese herbal acting as strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,reliving the depressed liver,sooting the liver and regulating the circulation of qi,promoting digestion and digestant for 3～4 days.In 262 person-times,74 person-times were adopted GI decompression,5～10 minutes before operation 26 person-times ware adopted simple fast,6 person-times were additionally taken airless water,and 156 person-times were additionally taken ultrasonic developer-aid for the use of GI examination.

方法； 胰腺癌患者45例，共行HIFU治疗262次，治疗前先服用扶正祛邪、疏肝理气、消食化积的中草药3～4天，采用胃肠减压者74例次，术前单纯禁食者26例次，禁食后术前5～10min加服脱气水者6例次，加服胃肠检查用超声助显剂156例次。

Objective:to determine the value of ultrasound in diagnosing fatty liver and analyze its cause.methods:using ultrasound as diagnostic tool,we analyzed the pathogenesis of fatty liver in 2 350 patients,and at the same time,we recorded their heights,weights,blood lipids levels,blood-sugar levels,drinking time and occupation,et al.results:these was prominent performance in ultrasound examination of fatty liver,and it had high incidence in patients who was overweight,normolipidaemic,hyperglycemia,dipsomania and mental workers.

目的：探讨超声对脂肪肝的诊断及对分析其起病原因的价值。方法：用超声作诊断工具，分析我门诊部2 350例体检病人的脂肪肝发病情况，同时记录病人身高、体重、血脂、血糖、饮酒、职业等。结果：脂肪肝的超声检查有较突出的图像表现，超重、高血脂、高血糖、长期饮酒、脑力劳动者有较高的发病率。
