Materials and methods: Eighty three cases of asphyxial perinatal neonates were selected, and HIE was diagnosed on CT.

材料与方法：选择有围产期窒息史、头颅CT诊断为不同程度HIE的新生儿83例，分别于3个月、6个月、1岁、2岁和4岁以前进行头颅CT和临床复查。

Meth ods:Sixty-two cases of asphyxial perinatal neonates were selected,and C T gradiag was made.

研究对象通过全省新生儿疾病筛查网络，将2001年7月1日至2003年6月30日在浙江省各县、市、省级医院产科分娩的孕母患自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的婴儿，且无产时窒息史的足月儿作为研究对象。

Results By univariate analysis 11 risk factors were explored: family poverty, low culture level of mother, history of family on MR or epilepsy in parents, abnormal maternal menstrual cycle before pregnancy, febrile illess during gestation, bleeding in gestation period, chronic disease in gestation period, premature birth, assisted first crying after birth, neonatal febrile illness, convulsion and asphyxiation.

结果单因素分析儿童MR的危险因素有：家庭贫困、母亲文化程度低、父母亲智力低下或癫痫家族史、母亲妊娠前月经周期异常、母孕期发热、母孕期出血、母孕期患有慢性病、早产、出生后第一声啼哭是否需辅助、新生儿发热、惊厥、窒息。

Methods 68 cases of the asphyxia neonatorum were randomised into the treatment goup ,which 34 cases of neonatus were given by the early stage minim feed and small dose Erythromycin ,and the controled group, which 34 cases were given by the routine feed.

将68例窒息新生儿随机分为治疗组34例，给与早期微量喂养与少剂量红霉素合用，对照组34例，给与常规喂养。

Small dose Erythromycin and the early stage minim feed can promote gastrointestinal developing ripe ,lessen the probable feed probloms,and can shorten the full dose feeding time ,alleviate the level of the bilrubin ,it is feasible and effective to apply of the early stage minim feed and small dose Erythromycin in the suffocated neonatus.

少剂量红霉素与早期微量喂养可促进胃肠道发育成熟，减少可能发生的喂养问题，并且可缩短到达足量喂养时间，减轻胆红素水平，窒息新生儿进行早期微量喂养与少剂量胃肠动力剂红霉素合用安全有效的。

Results Infection,perinatal asphyxia,premature birth is more common neonatal scleredema pathogenic factors.

结果 感染、围产期窒息、早产是新生儿硬肿症较常见的致病因素。
