Methods the diagnosis situation of 19 cases of cryptococcal meningitis who have been confirmed from 1980 to 2004 are analysed.results there are 17 misdiagnosis cases in 19 patients, of which 7 cases are tubercular meningitis,3 are viral meningitis,2 are brain tumor,1 is cerebral edema,1 is arachnoiditis of brain and 2 are others.conclusion misdiagnosis can be discreased by promoting learning about cryptococcal meningitis, examining the doubtful patients' csf frequantly and another examinations.

对本院1980—2004年确诊的19例新生隐球菌脑膜炎病人的诊断情况进行回顾分析。结果 19例确诊前有17例被误诊，其中误诊为结核性脑膜炎7例，脑肿瘤2例，病毒性脑膜炎3例，脑水肿1例，脑蛛网膜炎1例，红斑狼疮脑病1例，其他2例。结论提高对新生隐球菌脑膜炎的认识，对可疑病人多次做脑脊液墨汁涂片检查，或其他检查，可减少误诊。

目的 建立窒息新生大鼠动物模型，比较纯氧与空气复苏对窒息新生大鼠肾组织超微结构和细胞凋亡的影响，为临床选择使用纯氧或空气复苏提供动物实验依据。

The results Showed that twenty isolates have the following biological aspects:① Capability of forming capsule,② Growth at 37℃ within 3days,③ Forming brown colonies on Niger seed agar, CACA agar,④ Urea hydrolysis test positive within 96 hours.⑤ No blue colonies were found on CGB agar.⑥ The genus could be identified by ID32 identification kid, but the species could not.⑦ The sequence of the LSUrDNA D1/D2 region analyzed confirmed to be C. neoformans var neoformans.⑧ Serotype A and AD were found in these isolates, Serotype A was predominant(83.33%),⑨ Some biodiversities of isolates existed.

结果 20株菌皆具有以下特征：①形成英膜，②37℃3天内生长试验皆为阳性，③咖啡酸玉米琼脂和油菊籽培养基皆可以产生褐色菌落，④尿素酶试验96h皆呈阳性，⑤CGB培养基未见蓝色菌落生长，⑥ID32鉴定板可以鉴定到属，种的鉴定结果各不相同，⑦大亚基核糖体DNA的D1/D2区域序列分析证实皆为新生隐球菌的新生变种，⑧血清型仅见A和AD二型，以A型为多数(83.33%)，⑨20株临床分离株随机扩增DNA多态性分析有一定的生态多样性。

Results Expressions of pDGF-BB chain and PDGFR-α mRNA were low at the pseudoglandular stage of day 18, reached the peak level at the canalicular stage of day 19 and the sacculate stage of day 21 of gestations, fell again in newborn rats, and then increased in adult rats.

结果 (1)PDGF-BB、PDGFR-α mRNA随胎龄增长而增高，高峰在19～21天，新生时表达减少，成年时又增高到接近胚胎晚期水平；PDGF-AA和PDGFR-β mRNA在胚胎晚期、新生与成年鼠肺中均有表达，不随胎龄增长而变化，肺内PDGFR-β的表达高于PDGFR-α。

The digestion process includes the following steps: adding 0.15 % concentration collagenase II solution compounded with DMEM into blood vessel smooth muscle tissue block and acting in water bath for 1.5 hr until forming floccular tissue; cleaning with 0.02 % EDTA solution, adding 0.125 % trypsase solution and water bath vibrating to digest at 37 deg.c to obtain dispersed smooth muscle cells; terminating enzyme action with 10 % new born ox serum culture liquid; regulating cell concentration with 20 % new born ox serum culture liquid to 50,000-500,000/L, inoculation, and culturing in culture tank with 5 % CO2 and first 37 deg.c to cell fusion of 70-80 %; and subculturing conventionally.
