The molecular designs and synthesis of triarylamine-based picolinic acid derivatives used as ancillary ligands, and their cyclometalated iridium complexes used as red-and green-emitters, as well as optoelectronics properites of these compounds were investigated in order to solve current problems of organic/polymeric electroluminescent materials and devices.

本论文针对目前有机/聚合物电致磷光材料和器件存在的问题，开展了新型三芳胺吡啶羧酸类辅助配体及其红光和绿光环金属铱配合物电致磷光材料的分子设计、合成和光电性能研究，主要包括：(1)设计、合成了三种新型的三芳胺吡啶羧酸类双齿阴离子型辅助配体；(2)以三芳胺吡啶羧酸衍生物作为双齿阴离子型辅助配体，合成得到了两个系列的红光和绿光环金属铱配合物；(3)研究了三芳胺吡啶羧酸类辅助配体分子结构对环金属配合物的紫外吸收和光致发光性能的影响；(4)以环金属配合物为客体，聚芴和恶二唑衍生物为主体，制作了聚合物电磷光器件，研究了含三芳胺吡啶羧酸类辅助配体、环金属配合物客体材料和聚合物主体材料等分子结构对电致发光性能的影响。

The special tribo-electdc tester with high sliding speed and electric current was developed,which mail working parameters are, current density up to 2.5 A/mm~2, the sliding speed 100 m/s,the load over 500 N (3.2 MPa) and the pulsant strike pressure within 20 N. This testersuccessfully simulates the tribological and electric properties of strip materials. 2, By using the above tester, study on tdbological properties and carrying currentperformances of copper-base powder metallurgy material and metal impregnation carbonmaterial are carded out.

本论文开展的主要研究内容和所取得的成果如下： 1、首次开发了大电流、高速度和重载荷的载流摩擦磨损专用试验机，能够稳定提供恒定交流电流密度2.5 A／mm~2，相对滑动速度100 m／s(12000 r／min)，载荷可达500 N(3.2MPa)，脉动冲击载荷可达20 N，为研究提速接触网和滑板的高速载流摩擦学特性及其机理，以及开发新型高耐磨性、高载流性能滑板材料提供了先进可靠的试验手段(该机已获得一项实用新型专利，ZL 2006 2 0096036.5)。

The paper attempts to design and development a new type of hydraulic pump. It is the design of combining the advantages of sucker rod pump and rodless botttom hole pump, without pumping rod,and depends on the hydraulic system on the ground providing the impetus. The paper uses the pump Swabbing Principle to design the main parts of the pump structure and size, analyses and calculates the up down stroke of the piston and the switching process of pump valve, uses the finite element method to analyse the main force summing element and check intensity, and designs a ground hydraulic control system to match it. Considering the need of deep mining, salvage equipment is designed. The design shows that there is feasible and reliable to realize the exploitation underground using the new hydraulic pump. The design idea in this paper enlightens the rodless botttom hole pump production in the future and other similar issues.

本文尝试一种新型液力泵的设计和开发，它的设计思想是结合有杆泵和无杆泵各自的优点，取消抽油杆，依靠地面液压系统提供动力，本文从抽油泵抽汲原理出发，设计了抽油泵主要部件的结构和尺寸，对上下冲程柱塞的运动规律和泵阀启闭过程进行分析和计算，使用有限元法对主要零件进行了受力分析和强度校核，并设计与之配套使用的地面液压控制系统，考虑深井开采的需要，一并设计了打捞装置，为理论上实现了这种新型液力抽油泵井下开采的可行性和可靠性做了一些基础的工作，本文的设计思路对今后无杆泵采油等类似问题的研究做了有益的尝试。
