Objective: To study changes of subtype of T lymphocytes and ACTH in different trait-anxiety levels of new recruits under acute stress.

目的：研究急性应激对不同特质焦虑新兵的T淋巴细胞亚群及ACTH的影响。

Methods The subjects were the flying cadets enlisted in 1991 in Airforce Fundamental Flying College. The control population was the aircraftman enlisted in 1991. The questionnaire used in the study was Eysenck Personality Questionnaire.

以空军某飞行学院1991级新入伍飞行学员为对象，以同期入伍的新兵为对照，用艾森克人格问卷对两组人群个性特征进行了调查。

Results The difference between flying cadets and aircraftman in N score was statistically significant, but not in P,E,L score. The cadets from city in E scores were higher than those from countryside, but lower in L scores. Education level and occupation of cadet's parents affected E and L scores of cadets.

结果 飞行学员的N分明显低于普通新兵，差异有显著性，而P、E、L分差异无显著性；来自城市的飞行学员较来自农村的飞行学员E分高，L分低；父母受教育程度及从事职业对飞行学员E、L有一定影响。

Methods: 981 recruits were assessed with Interaction Anxiousness Scale.

采用交往焦虑量表，测评981名新兵的交往焦虑水平并对其项目进行分析。

Results:⒈The analysis of Self-consistency and congruence①According to Mean and Std.Deviation of total scores of self-consistency and Congruence,there are 3 groups for recruits, High self-consistency and Congruence group(≦63scores), norm group(64-93 scores) and low self-consistency and Congruence group(≧94scores).
