本文用传统光学相干断层成像系统以动物模型对关节软骨进行了研究，对软骨组织的传统光学相干断层图像的层结构随脱水和机械作用的变化进行了分析。

During the Cenozoic, the evolution of the sag might be divided into three stages: during the Eocene, because of regional extension effect of the NW-SE-striking, it was a ramp depression controlled by the Cangdong fault; during the Oligocene, it might have subjected to the combined effects of the NW-SE-striking regional extension and the dextral slipping of the NNE-striking deep fracture zone; during the Neocene and the Quaternary, though the regional extension had mainly stopped, the dextral slipping continued. Inside the slip zone, the local, SN-striking extension related to the dextral slipping became more and more apparent.

新生代演化分为3个时期：NW-SE向区域伸展作用，凹陷是一个由沧东断层控制的断坡凹陷；渐新世，凹陷受NW-SE区域伸展和NNE向深断裂带右旋走滑的共同作用；晚第三纪到第四纪，区域伸展作用基本停止，走滑作用仍在继续，由走滑作用导致的SN向局部伸展作用显得更加突出。

By studying reservoir rock characteristics, diagenesis and physical property, investigation showed that there were distributary channel, branch channel, mouth bar, distal bar, sand sheet, lakeshore, shallow lake and limestone flat . we concluded that the reservoir of N1～N21 is low porosity and permeability reservoir with the types of primary porosity and secondary intergranular porosity, which is in the early diagenetic stage B into the late diagenetic stage A subperiod. The role of effecting reservoir physical property is deposition, cementation, dissolution and tectonic rupture. After researching of reservoir, we divided it into three categories and division the favorable facies belt and relatively favorable. We think that the favorable facies belt is braided river delta front and partly shallow lake in east of the Fault Ⅶ. favorable reservoir is in the first and the second class.

进一步研究了本区碎屑岩储层的岩石学特征、成岩作用特征、物性特征，研究认为该区储集体类型有分流河道砂体、分支河道砂体、河口坝、远砂坝、席状砂砂体、滨湖砂滩、浅湖砂坝砂体及灰坪；N1层属于低孔、特低渗储层，孔隙类型以原生、次生粒间溶孔为主；分析了影响储层物性的因素主要为沉积作用、胶结作用、溶蚀作用和构造破裂作用；进行了储层评价与有利相带预测，将储层分为三类并划分了有利区带、较有利区带，认为Ⅶ号断层以东的辫状河三角洲前缘亚相和部分浅湖亚相是N1的有利储集相带，储层以Ⅰ、Ⅱ类为主。

According to migration and accumulation model, fined that the fan body controls the pool scale and the unconformity or the fault plays the hydrocarbon migration path role and shading function, therefore, fan body directly contacted with the source rock is the exploration goal to find the pool of generation and accumulation hydrocarbon by itself, or the fan body communicated source rock with unconformity or fault is the structure-lithological pool.

根据成藏模式，发现扇体控制着油藏的规模，不整合或断层起着油气运移通道作用和遮挡作用，因此与烃源岩直接接触的扇体是寻找自生自储岩性油气藏的勘探目标，通过断层或不整合与烃源岩沟通的扇体是寻找构造—岩性油气藏的目标。

At the end of Mingshui Formation, hydrocarbon generated by Qingshankou source rocks migrates down along open boundary faults of concentrated ribbons at the force of overpressure,then short lateral-migration along channel sand, finally accumulated on horsts and fault terraces of the uplifted side of both sides,but in the intensive fault zone,most of the units are grabens,so it is not good for accumulation.
