Design is human"s pondering outcome, it is a kind of conceivableness, proposition too.by actualizing,reaching the terminated aim of satisfying human"s demand .design is influenced by cluture and expresses clu-ture.design conveys ideology ,and architecture carries design.cluture is the distillation of a civilizaiton,and architecture is a kind of the material form of cluture .so design cant be disvorced from societal culture background ,the two parts is so consanguineous.the article is try to use this measure,hunting the cluture background of the aulic archi- Tecture of qing dynasty, seek the path of distinguishing display of qing dynasy and ming dynasy.point out the relationship of design and archi-tecture of different time.

设计在文化的影响下体现出文化的特征；设计通过建筑的形式传达思想，建筑成为了设计的载体；文化是一个文明社会的精髓，而建筑正是文化的一种物化的形式。因此，设计是不能脱离社会文化大背景而独立存在，它们两者之间是密不可分的关系。而本课题正是通过研究清朝宫廷的建筑来探求设计背后的文化背景，为寻求明清陈设的差别找到出路，并指出不同时期设计与文化的关系。以便给以后的研究廓清思路，理顺线索。

For private managing high technologic corporate, it must set up its own culture that is useful to its own development, then it can cast off the conventional family management form and make the corporate lager and stronger.Taking account of the actual demand of the corporation culture in Xian Peri Technology Development Limited Corporation, and using the inner optimized control theory of the corporation culture, this paper set up the goal of the corporation culture. Then, using Investigation Table Method, Observing Method, Questionnaire Method, Conversazione Method and Statistics Method, and basing on thorough investigate the fact of Peri, this difference has been foundout and some effective measurement have been brought about too.

本文结合西安百瑞科技发展有限责任公司企业文化建设的实际需要，根据企业文化的内化控制原理，结合企业发展战略，构建了企业文化的目标，运用调查表法、观察法、问卷法、座谈法以及资料分析法，在深入调查企业的基础上，找出现实文化与企业文化目标之间的差距，并确定了企业文化培育的具体途径和保障措施。

Large numbers of popular cultural materials occupied the popular reading space. It makes the political culture"market"and"territory"shrinking greatly and its effect decreasing significantly.

Through contextual analysis of the Joy Luck Club and the cultural conflicts and blending embodied in it, this paper demonstrates that in the age of globalization a balance should be kept among different cultures, and a right attitude towards cultural conflicts should be taken, and it suggests that the native culture should not be thrown away when learning from others, and instead, it should be transmitted to others.
