Results: Because of the early reparation,53 auriculae of patients were alive again.The ratio of success was 82.8%.The temperature,sense and appearance of the auriculae were normal.9 cases of auriculae were alive partially.

结果：53例经修复及再植后完全成活，温度及感觉正常，外观良好，成活率为82.8%。9例部分成活，占全部患耳的14.1%。2例失败，遗留明显耳廓畸形，以后行Ⅱ期耳廓整形术，占全部患耳的3.1%。

BACKGROUND: Glottic insufficiency can be corrected with injection laryngoplasty. Up to the present, a perfect injectable substance has not been identified. Thus, an improved injectable substance is needed.
