目的探讨整形外科手术方法在疣状痣治疗的应用。

Methods From July 1999 to September 2004,10 patients with 28 sites of verrucous nevus received plastic surgical techniques were analyzed retrospectively.

方法对我科在1999年7月至2004年10月采用整形外科方法行手术切除及修复的10例疣状痣患者的临床资料，进行回顾性分析。

By using the non-degenerate TPA absorption process between both of pulses, a novel project if explored for compressing and shaping the self-compression pulse induced by FCA, in which shaping of self-compression can be optimized by adjusting the initial delay time and control pulse energy. In addition, the operations of ultrafast all-optical modulation and logic NOR gate are achieved by utilizing the non-degenerate TPA effect.

应用脉冲之间的非简并双光子吸收过程，探索出了对受自由载流子吸收作用而形成的自压缩脉冲进行压缩整形的新方案，通过调节脉冲之间的初始时延和控制脉冲的能量，可以优化自压缩脉冲的质量；另外，应用此效应，也实现了超快脉冲对连续光场的全光调制和超快逻辑非门的操作，在光调制过程中，发现了色散和初始啁啾都将改变所形成的调制暗脉冲的调制深度。

Objective To introduce a procedure of nympholepsy.Methods With the central part of the nympha excised,the hem preserved,the superior and lower part of the nympha served as flap pedicles,a double pedi-cles arc-shaped flap was elevated.The incision was conglutinated by ZT glue after the muscular layer sutured.Re-sults 36cases（62sides）were cured by this method with satisfying results.

目的 介绍治疗小阴唇肥的手术方法方法采用弧形双蒂瓣法行小阴唇整形术，保留小阴唇边缘，以小阴唇上、下部蒂，去除小阴唇中部一全层组织，形成一弧形双蒂组织瓣，缝合肌层后用医用粘涂ZT胶粘合切口。

All of them were satisfied with vulvae shape.Conclusion The double pedicle arc-shaped flap nympholepsy is an ideal method for its well healing,no visible scar,normal sensation,and good final shape.

弧形双蒂瓣小阴唇整形术具有术后伤口愈合良好，瘢痕隐蔽不明显，感觉正常，外阴形态佳等优点，是治疗小阴唇肥大的较理想方法。
