Web Services architecture is an emerging technology for application systems integration in heterogeneous environment. Since services are all outsourcings, requesters may have a variety of choices to satisfy their criteria. That is, amount of candidate services advantage the flexibility in implementation. However, requesters encounter the decision issue of selecting a proper service.

摘要 网路服务架构是一种新兴的异质平台整合方式，当所有网路服务都需要由外部取得时，服务需求者会有各种相同性质的服务可以选择以满足其服务需求；也就是说，候选服务的数目愈多，可以增加应用程式服务整合的弹性；然而，此时服务需求者将会遭遇一个问题，就是如何去选择一个适合的服务。

Low level radwaste disposal problems are complex. Many important issue, such as radionuclide migration in the geosphere, must be carefully evaluated before making decision. This project will explore the use of a hydrogeological decision support system for solving these complex problems. The system will integrate hydrogeological analysis tools, geographic information system, mathematical models, stochastic and statistic methods, graphical interface, and decision system. By using the system, it is expected that many different alternatives can be efficiently analyzed and evaluated, and results can be presented much more effective to decision makers, while compared with the conventional presentation. Basing on the prototype system developed in the last two years, this project will integrate more analysis tools and improve the functions of the system.

Oocyte samples from one group were collected to detect the presence and integration of HBV DNA within cells and chromosomes using PCR, Southern blot, dot hybridization and fluorescence in situ hybridization. The female animals from another group were mated with their normal males, respectively. In the end, transportation of PAHs in the environmental matrix was preliminarily investigated and discussed according to PAHs data of soils and sediments from a certain region in Shanghai. The result indicated that there are two or more pathways on PAHs transportation in the environmental matrix.
