数量调查

Based on the two cruises investigation in Acipenser sinensis Natural Reserve and its adjacent waters (31°19.58'N-31°38'N, 121°32.08'N-122°11.65'E) in May and August 2004, the seasonal variations of species composition and quantitative distribution of fish eggs and larvae in the study area were studied, with the relevant environmental affecting factors analyzed. The results showed that in study area, the species composition and quantitative distribution of fish eggs and larvae varied remarkably in different seasons.

根据2004年5月和8月共2个航次对中华鲟保护区及其邻近水域16个定点观测站进行的鱼卵和仔鱼调查资料，对该水域鱼卵仔鱼的种类组成和数量分布的季节变化特征以及有关的环境影响因子作了分析和探讨。

根据2004年5月和8月共2个航次对中华鲟保护区及其邻近水域16个定点观测站进行的鱼卵和仔鱼调查资料，对该水域鱼卵仔鱼的种类组成和数量分布的季节变化特征以及有关的环境影响因子作了分析和探讨。

Numbers from last year were: 3,261 and 3,182 Black-necked Cranes, 804 and 1,158 Common Cranes Grus grus , 1,759 and 2,978 Bar-headed Geese Anser indicus , and 3,442 and 5,444 Ruddy Shelducks Tadorna ferruginea on 18 and 19 January 2002 respectively.

该次调查（同样是1月18-19）两天的数量分别为：黑颈鹤（3261，3，182），灰鹤（804，1158），斑头雁（1759，2978），赤麻鸭（3442，5444）。

Species in Ciconiiformes, 6 species in Gruiformse, 17 species in Anseriformes, 16 species in Charadriiformes, 1 species in Gaviiformes, 1 species in Podicipedifromse, 1 species in Phalacrocoraciformes, 6 species in Lariformes. The largest number of them came from Anseriformes and Lariformes .

本次调查共记录到56种水鸟，分别属于8目13科，其中鹳形目8种鹤形目6种，雁形目17种，形目16种，潜鸟目1种，鸊鷉目1种，鹈形目1种，鸥形目6种，数量最多的是鸥形目和雁形目的水鸟。

Based on data collected at four stations in Daning River in the spring of 2004 and 2005, phytoplankton community structure, vertical distribution, abundance, biomass, C contents, diversity index, richness index and evenness index were studied. The causes of eutrophication and water blooms in Daning River were analysed and control measures were then put forward. The dominant species were Asterionella Formosa, Cryptomonas ovata, Cyclotella caspia, Stephanodiscus neoastraea in the spring of 2004 and those were Pandorina morum, Eudorina elegans, Cyclotella caspia, Cryptomonas ovata in the spring of 2005. Average cell densities, biomass, C contents in the spring of 2004 and 2005 were 171.1×10^5 cells/L, 12.2 mg/L, 1732.2g C/L and 113.1×10^5 cells/L, 10.1 mg/L, 1395.9g C/L, respectively.
