Small intestinal biopsies showed subepithelial collagen deposition with varying degrees of villous atrophy and varying numbers of intraepithelial lymphocytes. Four patients had previous biopsies showing enteropathic changes without collagen deposition. Seven cases were associated with collagenous colitis and 1 also had features of lymphocytic colitis. Three patients also had collagen deposition in gastric biopsies. One case was associated with lymphocytic gastritis. Celiac disease (CD, gluten-sensitive enteropathy) was documented in 4 patients. Five patients made a clinical improvement with combinations of a gluten-free diet and immunosuppressive therapy. Two patients died of complications of malnutrition and 1 of another illness. Clonal T-cell populations were identified in 5 of 6 cases tested. Four of these patients improved clinically after treatment but 1 has died. Collagenous sprue evolved on a background of CD in 4 cases. There was no history of CD in others and these cases may be the result of a biologic insult other than gluten sensitivity.

小肠活检表现为上皮下胶原沉积，绒毛萎缩程度不一，上皮内淋巴细胞浸润数量不等。4例患者以往曾做过活检，表现为其他肠病改变，并没有胶原沉积。7例患者合并胶原性结肠炎，且1例还有淋巴细胞性结肠炎的特征。3例患者胃活检也发现有胶原沉积。1例患者合并淋巴细胞性胃炎。4例患者有乳糜泻（CD，谷蛋白敏感性肠病）病史。5例患者经无麸质饮食和免疫抑制治疗后，临床症状有所改善。2例患者因营养不良合并另一种疾病而死亡。6例患者做了T细胞受体基因重排，其中5例发现有克隆性T细胞群，这5例中有4例治疗后临床症状加重，且1例死亡。4例患者在CD的基础上病发胶原性口炎性腹泻；其余患者无CD病史，他们的发病也许是生物源性损害，而非谷蛋白敏感。

The main reason why quarter-sawn board of Birch had smaller dry compressing shear strength than flat-sawn board of Birch in normal conditions was that Birch had different shear strength to the grain between quarter-sawn board and flat-sawn board. Meanwhile xylary rays in flat-sawn board were transversely cut and left a lot of pores in the flat-sawn board, so adhesive can enter these pores and turn into adhesive nail. While these pores provided a kind of tunnel for water, so cause this phenomenon that wet compressing shear strength of flat-sawn board of Birch was smaller than that of quarter-sawn board of Birch. The possible reason why quarter-sawn board of Oak had greater dry compressing shear strength than flat-sawn board of Oak in normal conditions was that ratio of springwood on quarter-sawn board and flat-sawn board was different.

造成柞木径切板的常态压缩剪切强度比弦切板的常态压缩剪切强度大的主要原因是，在径切板和弦切板上早材胶接的比例不同，径切板的胶合强度试件上早材胶接的比例相对少，而弦切板的胶合强度试件上早材胶接的比例比径切板的胶合强度试件上早材胶接的比例相对大，由于早晚材胶接过程中强度决定于早材，这部分胶接强度比较低，这就使得柞木径切板的常态压缩剪切强度比弦切板的大；同时在柞木弦径面胶接过程中由于实际胶接面积的不同也能造成弦径面上API胶粘剂与之形成的化学键的数量不同，这也是造成柞木径切板的常态压缩剪切强度比弦切板的大的原因之一。

Cinnabarinus.The life table of experimental population of T. urticae Koch was established at constant temperature of 25 C, illumination time of 16 hours one day and humidity of 50%.The result of the experiment indicated that the value of the innate capacity of increase was 0.2634, 0.1788, 0.2098, 0.2280, 0.1538 on kidney bean, cotton, apple, aubergine and capsicum respectively and the quantity of the offspring obviously increased. When the age distribution of experimental population was steady, the amounts of the immature age were 88.3335%, 85.3052%, 85.0386%, 87.3787% and 86.8404% on five host plants respectively and the amounts of the adults 11.6636%, 14.6946%, 15.0635, 12.6218% and 13.1598% correspondingly.

The new circumstances that the discrete manufacturing enterprise is confronted with are analyzed; the function and configuration of production system is expounded; the research actuality and contents about production system capacity in the discrete manufacturing enterprise are summarized; the main research contents in this paper are developed.2. The calculating and analytical methods about production system capacity are studied systemically, a model to calculate rough-cut capacity instantly in "excel" table style is designed, the means to analyze production capacity in different production mode are brought forth, and the balance tactics of production capacity versus load are put forward.3. The application characteristics used in production system about the methods of Computer simulation and CRP in the MRPII/ERP are analyzed and compared; the advantages of Computer simulation method are pointed out; and the simulation researches aiming at production system capacity are implemented by Ithink simulation software.4. A simulation model is founded under the analysis of production system capacity in the production system background of a firm; the change instances of yield, output rate and WIP in the production system are simulated by the action of procurement cycle, machining time, setup time and so on. 5. The change instances of production capacity in the assembly stage are simulated , and rational employees are obtained.

本文主要进行了以下几个方面的研究：1、分析离散型制造企业面临的新情况，阐明生产系统的功能和结构，对离散型制造企业生产系统生产能力的研究内容和现状进行分析，提出本课题的主要研究内容。2、在系统地研究生产系统生产能力的计算和分析方法后，设计了用Excel表快速计算粗能力的方法；给出不同生产方式下的产能分析方法，并提出产能与负荷平衡的策略。3、比较和分析了MRPII/ERP的能力需求计划方法与计算机仿真方法在生产系统中的应用特点，指出计算机仿真方法的优势，并用Ithink仿真软件对企业生产系统生产能力进行了仿真研究。4、以A公司的生产系统为背景，在对生产系统生产能力分析的基础上建立了仿真模型，模拟了在采购周期、加工时间、调整时间以及返工率、废品率、机械开工率等因素作用下生产系统的产量、产出率和在制品数量的变化情况。5、研究在装配阶段生产能力的变化情况，通过仿真优化后确定合理作业人员数量。
