So,the massive data acquired in the period from January to December in 2006 and authorized by CAIDA Skitter project were used to analyze the searched topological data at CAIDA(cooperative association for Internet data analysis) router level,thus describing the characteristics of the distribution of the degree s of nodes at router level.

Large numbers of test data which is systemic, credible, exact and detailed was acquired during the processing of these two scientific research item and settlement value and theoretical analysis on trial section was done together with the test and research on the site. The connection between the rule of settlement in the transition zone and the parameter such as groundsill, transmogrification modulus, material and density was studied based on comparing true settlement value in trial section with settlement value of theoretical calculation by frame analysis software. And it will help the farther research on design and construction about road-bridge transition zone.

A method of synthetical remote testing which includes pre-running design, mid-running monitoring, post-running analysis via Visual C++,Labwindows /CVI and Matlab is introduced, aiming at overcoming complexity of testing in large scale system, troublesomeness and repetition of analysis in testing data, user's request for remote automatic testing.

At the third part, LDAP and MDS-2 of Globus Toolkit2.4 are introduced in detail. How CDG information service and scheduler are implemented is explained at the fourth part of this paper.
