The foundation of this system provides a good reference to promote the standardization and intelligence of the overhaul and maintenance of vacuum switches. This paper develops a special HF pulse power supply for internal pressure estimation, which achieves the output of HF-HV sinusoidal pulse wave whose frequency and amplitude can be modified respectively, and meets the design requirements according to the results of Simulink simulation and practical experiments. With the help of AT89S52, this paper designs an I~2C serial bus based signal detection system for peak value signal acquisition of HF pulse currents, which communicates with the upper computer by asynchronous serial communication for uploading the data. In the upper computer, a human computer interface is developed by Matlab software, whose functions are to do some computation and graphic display, such as calibrating the relation curve of vacuum degree and peak value of HF pulse currents, vacuum degree computation, and vacuum lifetime evaluation analysis basing on grey forecasting model as well as making relative suggestions.

本文研制了用于真空度检测的高频脉冲电源，通过Simulink仿真和试验检验其满足设计要求，实现了电压幅值和频率独立可调的正弦波高频高压脉冲输出；利用以AT89S52为核心基于I~2C串行总线的信号检测系统实现高频脉冲电流峰值信号的采集，通过异步串行通信实现单片机与计算机之间的数据通信，将检测数据传至上位机；在上位机利用Matlab开发人机交互界面，实现相关数据处理和图形显示，包括真空度——高频脉冲电流峰值关系曲线标定、真空度数值计算、基于灰色预测模型的真空寿命评估分析和提出相应决策建议。

Aiming at realizing monitoring of tyre capsule vulcanizer operating process, a masterslave control system was composed of configuration software and Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC. PLC was taken as lower machine to operating process of tyre capsule vulcanizer. Configuration software monitored the running state of tyre capsule vulcanizer realtimely, showed data in real time and recorded data in upper machine.

A universal card with multi-purpose refers to a card that can be used in both of card brushing reader and optical driving to fetch data. It is mainly made as to set a CD fetching face and a magnetic strip on the disc (thickenss of 0.8 mm) being produced in accordance with ISO 7816 agreement rules to fetch the data stored in the magnetic strip or IC card by inserting them to a card brushing machine or a card inserting machine. The disc also can be placed on the fetching sheath disc of 0.4 mm thickness and further to place them together into an optical driving firmly for reading out data on CD fetching face by optical fetching head in optical driving so that it is not only integrating magnetic card, IC card and CD disc for easy to carry but also increasing the safety in using, storing volume of the disc and expanding the using range.

本发明涉及一种多用途万用卡，尤指一种可同时适用在刷卡卡片阅读机及光驱内进行数据读取的多用途万用卡，其主要是在一符合ISO 7816协议规范(厚度0.8mm)的盘片上设有一CD读取面及一磁条，可插入一刷卡机或一插卡机内读取磁条或IC芯片内的储存数据，而该盘片又可放置在一厚度为0.4mm的读取套盘上，致使当该盘片放置在读取套盘后可安稳放置在一光驱内，且方便光驱内的光学读取头读取CD读取面内的数据，因此不仅可整合一磁卡、IC卡、CD片等于一盘片中以方便携带，又可提高盘片使用的安全机制、内存容量及扩展其使用范围。

As the test contrast of two groups shows, the sawtooth pulsation jigging concentrate contains higher-grade sulphur than the diaphragm jigging concentrate does.

图2为隔膜跳汰机及锯齿波跳汰机在不同给矿量的情况下，跳汰精矿品位与给矿量的关系，图3为跳汰机精矿硫回收率与给矿量的关系，试验结果表明，在尾矿品位接近7%，隔膜跳汰机给矿量为1.00 t/h·m2指标是隔膜跳汰机给矿量试验中选别效率最高的点，同理选择锯齿波给矿量为1.2 t/h·m2，将两组试验数据比较可以看出，锯齿波跳汰精矿含硫品位高于隔膜跳汰精矿含硫品位。

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.

针对当前XML数据流质量检测存在的不足，提出构建XML键的矢量矩阵作为窗口，利用矢量积小波变换多级分解与重构XML数据流，再结合最小二乘支持向量机对XML数据流质量进行预测的一种方法，满足XML数据流质量重构时实时检测的要求，保证XML数据的约束性、一致性与完整性；为了更好的适应网络负载，采取加权与自适应窗口调整等调度策略充分保证XML数据流的质量检测。
