According to the method of developing a software project,the thesis mainly discussed the study and design of the Auto-metering Management Software System in four phases:design of database;design of man-machine conversation;design of communication and realization of its emluator;design of integrated management of the system.

本文按照开发软件工程项目的思路，主要从以下四个方面详细论述了自动抄表管理软件系统的研究和设计：数据库的设计、人机交互界面的设计、通讯模块的设计及通讯仿真的实现、系统综合管理模块的设计。
