In the western mining areas, when from adjustment to restriction adjustment, the original national control points are of low grade, or the points are destroyed and the surface movement is out of shape. thus, there are few control points and the reference frame conversion is a big problem in the western high elevation areas. As a result, this thesis makes a reparable design in accordance with the key problems of holing through survey.

本文就利用GPS技术测设地面近井点的网形布设、观测方法、数据处理作了相应阐述；并对由无约束平差到约束平差时，西部地区可能遇到在矿区分布的原有国家控制点往往只有低等级点，或点位遭破坏、地表移动变形等可能使可用控制点很少的情况、以及西部高海拔地区坐标系统变换问题，提出了针对贯通测量的关键问题应对方案。

Finally, for the study of coking process on the alkylation catalyst, the deactived catalyst had been combusted by thermal analyzer and the method of dealing with data had been investigated to detect the correlation between the quantity retractation extent of coke on catalyst and reaction condition of alkylation.

最后，为了进一步研究烷基化催化剂结焦失活过程，用热重分析仪对失活催化剂进行烧焦实验，并进行有关数据处理方法研究，探索催化剂结焦量和焦炭缩合程度随烷基化反应条件的变化规律。

Firstly, normal mice was given orally by SM(qd×2d), and the dysbacteriosis were caused in them ,and then they were given orally by STM,these mice were formed experimental salmonellosis models ,finally these salmonellosis models were treated by bifidobacterium ,and count respectively the cfu/g of STM number in the mice excrement during different time of therapy,detect the index numbers of liver and spleen respectively, detect content of TNF-a in blood and in spleen respectively.

先用硫酸链霉素给正常小鼠灌胃2d，出现菌群失调症状，再用STM灌胃造成小鼠STM感染，使用两岐双岐杆菌液干预治疗STM感染小鼠，检测不同治疗时间各组小鼠粪便STM菌落数、肝脾指数、血及脾中TNF-a的含量。采用SPSS12.0统计软件包进行数据处理分析，统计学方法采用双因素重复测量资料的方差分析、单因素随机化设计的方差分析、卡方检验、多组均数比较的非参数秩和检验。结果：随着治疗天数的增加，STM菌落数逐渐减少，未干预组、生理盐水组及双歧杆菌组比较结果均为P＜0.01；组间比较，双歧杆菌组STM数下降最快。
