This system is divided into two roles, the one is manager and other role is bursar. Manager can add bursars and keepers. The can also delete or ban a bursar to login this system, at the same time, the manager can add and update Department, Category, Add Mode, Depot, State, Deal with Mode, search assets, Statistic assets, change the password, deal with apply, if the asset "use age" passed the bursar can apply to deal with the asset. Then the manager can see the assets that bursar apply.

作者研制的"基于GPS的农用车辆导航轨迹显示信息系统"的功能实现过程为：卫星信号经GPS-OEM板接收后，由板内高速信号处理部件进行计算分析后给出精确的经纬度、时间等信息，这些信息经过GPS-OEM板的输出端口传送给单片机，单片机接收到GPS-OEM板传来的信息时，产生串口中断，对收到的经纬度和时间等信息进行处理，校对数据内容，转换数据格式，存储数据，同时对经纬度数据进行坐标转换，使之与预定路径图形进行位置匹配，将车辆位置以点的形式实时显示在液晶显示屏上。

The infrared remote controller is a cheap, small, simple, reliable and effective product. It can effectively resist electromagnetic interference and ensure safe operation of the system. Using remote technology can reduce manipulative difficulty during soil bin testing and realize single operation of the whole system. Practical application many times demonstrated that the infrared remote controller can work reliably and improve work efficiency considerably.Besides control the movement of tester, the soil bin tester driving control system can adjust the tester speed by rule and line, which was impossible to former test equipments. The range can be adjusted from -1.45m/s to 1.45m/s, the positive and minus sign denotes the direction of tester running.

土槽台车动力控制系统的控制参数均通过人机交互界面输入；系统能够实现对台车行驶速度、位移和时间的实时采集、显示和存储功能，并设有对数据库的操作功能，方便试验人员对数据的查询、修改、删除和保存；试验过程中系统为试验人员提供了台车速度曲线，并能实时动态显示，用来监测台车的运行状况；为了确保试验过程中试验设备和人员的安全，系统增加了控制台车行驶位移和时间的功能；系统使用的防脉冲干扰平均值法处理采集的数据，剔除奇异项，减少了干扰在有用信号中的比重，并能直接显示出所采集数据的均值和方差，节省了处理数据所需的大量时间，提高了工作效率。

Taking customer domain for example, an ontology-based customer metadata model is build and formalized in description logics. Then two kinds of modes for customer information sharing are studied. The two modes are to construct a global c ustomer m etadata m odel w ithin a n e nterprise a nd t o c onstruct a mapping mechanism between customer metadata models located on different enterprises respectively. In the first mode, an information source is regarded as a 3-tuples, including a metadata model, a concept relation set and a resource data set.

In view of crosswell and 3D VSP layout, we use high resolution Radon transform based on Cauchy distribution to perform Radon transform for hole data. In this process, we study discrete dip overlay operator, improve damping factor that affects Radon energy convergence in order to let Radon energy converge, 6 resolve leggy in Radon data, and decouple smoothing effect among each energy group, we use Cauchy distribution to regularize data, let energy focus on one point, and improve Radon resolution. All these work well in wavefield separation. Finally, by inversion results and model trial, we verify the feasibility and stability of this method.

在Radon变换原理分析基础上，采用基于柯西分布的高分辨率线性Radon变换对井孔数据进行Radon变换，其间通过对离散倾角叠加算子求取的研究，及对影响Radon能量收敛的重要参数阻尼因子算法的改进，使数据在Radon域以能量团的形式呈现，得到很好的收敛效果，基本解决了Radon域数据的一定程度的拖尾现象，消除了各能量团之间的平滑效应，采用柯西分布来规则化数据，提高了Radon域的分辨率，Radon域能量也收敛到一个点上，有利于上下行波或纵横波波场分离。

In this dissertation, EISCAT radar observations and computer numerical simulation methods are involved to study the climatologic characteristics of polar ionosphere and their mechanisms, as well as the polar ionospheric responses to magnetospheric particle precipitation and convection electric field. Then, with the help of the numerical computation, the EISCAT data are employed to invert the energy spectra of auroral precipitating particles and their responses to magnetic storms and substorms.

本文联合利用EISCAT雷达数据和计算机数值模拟手段，以雷达探测数据为基础，数据分析和数值模拟、理论研究相结合，研究了极区电离层气候学特征与机制，磁层粒子沉降和对流电场对极区电离层的影响，并利用雷达数据反演极光沉降粒子能谱特征及其对磁暴和亚暴的响应。
