In the recent 30 years of the Guhai water-lifting project ,shortage middle arid zone society and the economic development it has made great contribution to since the outly was shortage for a long time,the project facility cannot obtain the immediate service,aging day by day.

固海扬水工程近30a来，为宁夏中部干旱带的社会及经济发展作出了巨大贡献，但是由于长期以来经费短缺，工程设施得不到及时维修，老化日益加剧，为了对宁夏固海扬水工程设施老化状况作出定量的科学评价，通过长期实践并结合数学理论知识，建立了固海扬水渠道工程老化现状评价的数学模型，为固海扬水工程进一步改造和规划提供科学决策的依据。

The result shows that there were some difficulties on the design of the math activities when we planed the activities. However, difficulties can still be solved by finding topics in math coerces, discussing students' experiences and learning process, adapting daily life context and group cooperative designs.
