This article makes a research into analysis of and control over influential factors of single disease's hospitalization expenses in polyclinic. It chooses a level-3 and grade-A army hospital and a certain county's level-2 and grade-A as the sample to compare their structures and differences of hospitalization expenses of 2681 patients, with some being sick of gallstone accompanying with chronic cholecystitis treated by gallbladder- removed with laparoscopy and others treated by hysterotomy, particularly to analyze the influential factors of single disease's hospitalization expenses.

本文围绕综合医院单病种住院费用影响因素与控制开展研究，采用文献调研、专家访谈、数学统计等方法，选择某军队三级甲等医院与某地方区县二级甲等医院，分别对胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎与剖宫产共2681例患者的住院费用构成及差异进行了分析比较，重点对A院单病种住院费用的影响因素进行单因素分析，在此基础上建立了住院费用影响因素的多元逐步回归模型，探讨各因素对住院费用的影响及控制对策。

In this thesis a mathematical model referring to the relationship between the case depth and carbon distribution by using a nonlinear regression. The electromagnetic characteristics in carburized materials were discussed. Results show that inductivity and magnetic inductivity depend on the carbon concentration in carburized layer. A relationship model between the electric, magnetic inductivity and carbon concentration was built.
